Aqua Fitness
The water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning. You need not be a swimmer to participate. Classes include water fitness training with sports-specific drills and cardiovascular work. You're sure to improve your cardiovascular conditioning as well as muscular strength and endurance. Our classes combine cardio and strength using the latest aquatics equipment for a total body workout. Aqua
The water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning. This class is perfect for the fit, pregnant, and/or joint-sensitive individual. You need not be a swimmer to participate.

Cardio + Strength
Get more bang for your buck by combining both cardiovascular and strength training all in one efficient workout! Crt
Cardio (Cardio Resistance Training) This class will alternate intervals of intermediate, choreographed cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout that will keep you coming back for more!

Strike!
...powered by Everlast. Strike Zone is the latest signature format to be offered at Life Time Fitness. It is an intense, kickboxing-inspired workout, sponsored by Everlast. Challenge yourself with this full-body interval workout that incorporates traditional kickboxing combinations done with optional weighted gloves, controlled weight-bearing movements and athletic drills. This is NOT your typical kickboxing class!

Total Conditioning
Combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get Total Conditioning. This intense athletic workout uses a variety of equipment and cycle activity with built-in recovery for an efficient, easy-to-follow workout. Note: You'll want to master "Strictly Strength" before moving on to Total Conditioning.

Trail Mixx
Take your workout OUTdoors and enjoy this athletic bootcamp-style challenge that will improve your cardiovascular as well as muscular endurance. This is a seasonal class available not available in all markets. See your club for details.

Cardio - Athletic
Don't feel coordinated? No problem. Our Athletic Cardio classes offer easy-to-follow yet challenging workouts that allow you to achieve results and actively participate in a healthy way of life. The Mixx
Combine cardio kickboxing, athletic drills, high-impact moves and low-impact/dynamic moves and you have one, high-energy, tough cardio workout. Sprinkle in some fun, stimulating funk moves and you have The Mixx.

Cardio - Choreographed
Choreographed Cardio: Designed as fun cardiovascular workouts, these classes incorporate the best choreography and techniques with great music. Kickbox Jam
This cardio kickboxing workout challenges you with a more choreographed approach. You will experience not only martial arts drills but also dance-inspired movements. Form and technique is still the primary focus, but be prepared to shake things up as well.

Kids Play - Zumbatomic


Kids naturally love to dance, wiggle and sing along to great songs. Zumbatomic is a fast-forward fusion of the Zumba programs moves (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and more) and high-octane workouts designed to let kids max out on fun and fitness all at the same time. Safe and effective, kids cant wait to get into the Zumbatomic groove. Ages 6 -11. Drop-off/Pick-up at Child Care Center.

Step
Enjoy a traditional step experience that incorporates intermediate-level choreography set to great music and focusing on aerobic endurance.

Step - Interval
In step interval, you will enjoy intermediate-level step choreography while also being challenged to your anaerobic threshold, and beyond, with intervals of athletic drills.

Zumba - Ltf
Zumba comes to LTF! Be prepared to move to hypnotic Latin and international rhythms. Our Zumba LTF instructors are trained in both Zumba as well as Life Time's 5 Star Instructor Development Program. You'll enjoy this awe-inspiring, muscle-pumping, caloric-burning blast as you lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape.

Performance Cycle

Studio Cycle
Studio Cycle classes are fun, exhilarating indoor cycle journeys built on the foundational principles of outdoor cycling. This class is multi-level and no outdoor cycling experience is required - although you might find yourself outside after a few classes!

Fitness Pilates
Learn to utilize and strengthen your powerhouse: deep abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back. In this one-hour class that combines the precise movements of Pilates with traditional fitness elements.

Foundations - Cardio

Foundations - Combo
This class is for anyone who wants to build their foundation for overall fitness. It offers all the necessary components - low impact cardio, easy to follow strength training and an extended flexibility section. Do not spend another day on your couch thinking you can't keep up with a group class, this one is just for you.

Foundations - Strength
If you are new to strength training or simply prefer a less intense workout, this is your class! Getting started and getting more out of your day-to-day activities is the focus. A variety of equipment will be used and modifications will be given.

The Feature Class will highlight the individual creativity, skills and talent of our best of the best instructors at Life Time Fitness.

Strength Training
We offer a progression of strength training classes from basic resistance training to more advanced functional strength training. All will allow you to challenge your body and become stronger.

Core
Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body's overall functional strength, balance and coordination. This class focuses on strength, movement and balance challenges through use of the body's core muscles.

Fit
(Functional Integrated Training) Challenge yourself beyond traditional strength training with this advanced, total body functional strength training class. We will challenge your muscular endurance as well as balance and coordination by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises.

Strictly Strength
This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance. We'll tackle "basic" resistance training exercises using traditional, strategic principles. This simple, easy-to-follow workout challenges every major muscle using a variety of equipment.

Yoga Classes
LifePower Yoga is a place where you can either enjoy your first Yoga experience or deepen your personal practice while being part of an inspired community. LifePower classes are included with your membership. Hatha Yoga
Strength & Flexibility / 60min / 75 All Yoga stems from this traditional form. Come explore a series of basic poses allowing you to create the pose based on your own body readiness The focus is on awareness as well as alignment and the teachers will lead you through the practice one pose at a time. Participants are encouraged to use props as needed to enhance their experience.

Hot Yoga
In this 90 minute class, you will be challenged with a systematic sequence of 26 individual poses. With use of integrated breathing exercises, you will perform each pose twice in a room heated between 90-95 degrees which will allow you to work deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Kids Play - Yoga


Through a creative mix of music, stories and yoga-based games, your child will practice this fun yet challenging noncompetitive form of physical fitness. Your child will increase strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, focus, confidence and learn how to stay relaxed. Ages 6-11 Drop-off/Pick-up at Child Care Center.

Lifepower Vinyasa 1
This class for all students that includes basic to intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace that provides improvements in overall strength, endurance, flexibility, and body awareness. Great focus will be placed on alignment and breath as you flow from pose to pose.

Lifepower Vinyasa 2
Literally turn up the heat in this energetic, intermediate level flow class that introduces more advanced poses and sequences with optional inversions while enjoying the benefits of a warmer environment. For your best experience, we suggest participation in the LPV 1 class prior to this class.

Lifepower Vinyasa 3
