EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report is based on environmental audit and different aspects through surveys and interviews personally conducted on RAZMAK INDUSTRY.

IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT

The impact of the environment is mainly concerned with the activities performed by RAZMAK INDUSTRY. We conduct the investigation directly and indirectly through different stages. We conduct the assessments and suggestions are given for performance improvement.

WASTE MANAGEMENT
The last section of the report consists about the waste management approaches, types. Many suggestions are mentioned in this report through which RAZMAK INDUSTRY can reduce its waste management.

INTRODUCTION
Razmak industries has established in late 1980s. An industry has made giant strides towards development and success in fiberglass pickup canopies and pickup conversions field. In the start company was known as International Fiberglass, although in year 200o it started its operation under the trade mark of MARKS. Razmak industries produce fiberglass products and as well as canopies for pickups. It specializes in conversion of single cabin Hilux pickup to double cabin design vehicle. The company has been awarded ISO-9001:2000. Besides conversion and canopies for pickups, Razmak industry also produce fiberglass chairs for hospitals, schools, colleges and other home use similar products.

PURPOSE, SCOPE AND LIMITATION

The main purpose of this report is to look over the Razmak Industry performed activities and how these are influenced directly or indirectly. In addition how these are avoided to save the natural assets. These entire objectives are covered in this report with full detail.

SOURCES AND METHODS

There were two main sources for covering given objectives. The first source was the face-to-face interview conducted with Manager Admin and Sales, Evidence base survey and there were many other sources like, books, group discussions and Internet.

IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT

There are some problems associated with every organization directly or indirectly. The environmental impact is concerned; it is divided into two main characteristics. I). Direct Impact II). IMPACTS ON ENVIRONMENT OF RAZMAK INDUSTRY

There are both Direct and Indirect impacts on environment by activates of Razmak Industry. Both are detailed below;

DIRECT IMPACT Global warming: The burning of fossil fuels in transport, heating the iron by tools is using in industry by the welding section and heating department and dispatching the unused chemicals like copper brigh, Nickel, copper sulphate and Chrome in result of these activities they may create disorders in global worming. In addition that result rise in temperature.

Depletion Of Natural Resources: The raw materiel (Fiber Met Sheet) from the core of fiber is used by Razmak Industry. In the process of finishing products Razmak industry is using many raw materials like kerosene oil for painting, chemicals for finishing products and fresh water for washing it. In heating department burning of gas contributes a lot in the reduction of natural gas.

Pollution: Various types of waste product (pollution) are produced by Razmak industry. Although there are various types of pollution i.e. water pollution, air pollution and noise pollution. On the other hand in the production process of various products procedure is not harmful for environment but ultimately the cause of pollution. As for as soil and air pollution is concerned there is no such waste to crumble with them but there is noise pollution produced in machinery and cousins department and as well as in welding department.

Health Disorders: There are various types of waste materials produced by firm, which is some how harmful for human health, may create serious health disorders. The contaminated water, which is excluded by the Razmak industry in the main water tunnel of industrial state, is harmful for residential area as well as creates disorders for animals health.

INDIRECT IMPACTS Workers health: During the process of making the products may cause the disorders of workers health due to not following the instructions given by the management. Due to non-following the instructions of the management workers may cause the following health disorders: Asthma Eye sight problem due welding May loses their body part while operating machine with out proper training. Skin problems

Recommendations For Environmental Performance

Razmak industry can improve their environmental performance by adopting following ways: Employees must follow the instruction given by the organization. While working in lap or in workshops the employees have to wear mouth cover mask, pair of hand covers and foot covering staff. Organization should utilize the waste product that could be recycled.

 Green house effect and provide friendly environment. There should be save process to dispatch harmful chemicals while used in a chemical lap.

WASTE MANAGEMENT
The management is concerned it is the collection of transport, recycling and disposal of waste materials. The human are basically directly relates to waste management term the material produce performed activities and it is undertaken to reduce the influence on human health. Waste management involved solid, gaseous and liquid substances.
For developed, urban, rural areas, residential and industrial producers there are different practices of waste management. The local government authority is responsible for non-toxic waste. The responsibility of producer is for non-hazardous commercial and industrial waste. There are some waste disposal methods that varies industries to local government authorities. Some of important and major fundamental methods are defined below,

Burning: The burning of different waste materials is involved in this method. Especially this and others related methods are much famous as thermal heating process. The main function of this system is to convert waste materials in molten form. There is no constant heating temperature it depends on material but normally the temperature is round about 1000C. This whole process goes through by different stages.

Vacant Land Filling: This method also plays vital role for vanishing the waste materials. Usually this method
is utilized to fill the land. Many solid waste materials are obscured into ground just to protect the environment from several effects and harmful disorders. Authorities must implement safety rules and regulation that does can be away from residential areas and proper certification for performing this action to concerned staff committee.

Recycle: Any national or international industries under go through by this important method by installing the recycle plant. This may save the cost and avoid the harmful affects on environment. Even the government enforces the industries to adopt this method for the safety of the environment. Physical reprocessing is the one the recycling method utilized by the organizations this includes newspapers, cardboard, glass bottles, paperboards, tins, cans and glass jars.

WASTE PRODUCTION OF RAZMAK INDUSTRY

Razmak Industry is well known and famous in allover the country. Although it is proper registered with ISO. They used the fiber mat sheet material for making their products. There are many products but some of them include; Pick-up motors (Fenders, side hook cover, side panels, footstep, rear bumper, front safe guard, luggage box and canopy). There are different departments for every segment produced by Razmak industry. Some important and major section or departments are detailed below initial to final steps. Designing products department Painting and oiling department Denting and welding department Highly used chemicals department

Designing products: In this stage the fiber product is designed by the hard plastic (dye). Mostly it is imported from oversea on demand. For few time they keep the designed product in the dye until it dry. After using these dyes for particular time duration, they consider it as a waste material and keep until its not properly disfigured. These dyes are made off hard plastic.

They dont recycle the mentioned waste produced, which may cause problems on environment and for the Razmak industry.

Painting and oiling: This is the second main department of the Razmak industry. In this department all dry products are shifted to paint and oil to keep save from rust. The paint and oil is utilized for to make the surface of the product smooth and well shined for the excellent look of the product. The used paint tins and oilcans are the waste produced by Razmak industry.

Denting and welding department: In this department improperly design product is dent and weld by heating and using different welding tools. While welding and heating process many gases are produced which are harmful for the workers and environment. In this department the small iron, metal pieces are the waste produced by the Razmak industry. They dont even recycle these wastes and through them into the dust din.

Highly used Chemica: Razmak industry has e chemical department based on few full trained staff workers. Many chemicals are used in this chemical lap like, copper brigh, Nickel, copper sulphate and Chrome etc. While dealing with chemicals it requires more concentration and consciousness. In Razmak lap there are many chemical that are vanished or spoiled after some duration like, copper brigh and chrome ect. These placed chemicals from long time create harmful affect and these are the waste produced by Razmak, it require proper attention.

SUGGESTIONS ON WASTE MANAGEMENT OF RAZMAK INDUSTRY Razmak industry has not installed a recycle pant to save environment internally or externally. They consider that there are not so much waste materials produced by Razmak industry any how the wastes are produce from initial to final step of product. These wastes are sold out to small agencies at handsome account. The following are some of our suggestions through which the Razmak can improve environment. They should increase the life period of chemicals so it can be utilized again and again. Different types of gases are produce in the welding section, they have to plant trees in maximum quantity to reduce the affect on oxygen. There must be an isolated system for denting and welding purposes to avoid noise pollution for workers. All industries including RAZMAK industry, they contribute with local government to have proper recycling plant for harmful water produced in industrial state. There is no proper check on industries that how much waste are they producing.

CONCLUSION
Industries play a vital role in the economy of every country. By environmental audit or assessment given to us we came to know the standards of organization, how much they are conscious about environmental impacts and wasted produced by them. After the pathway of this report we judged environment is valuable benefit of nature given to us. To harm it or to disorder it means to destruct living organisms. Human beings are playing a vital role in smashing the environment. There are rule and regulations while considering environment like others in Pakistan there are laws enforced on industries by state, but due to improper check and balance no one is ready to implement given polices. There is no proper management to keep a red eye on these performed activities. Not only the Razmak but also all industries have to take fundamental steps to maintain the environment balance for all living beings.
