1.0 INTRODUCTION In The Name of Allah, The Most Gracious and The Most Merciful The newsletter, today, plays a vital role in human affairs. Its importance has not been diminished by the appearance of the radio or the television. Men no longer have travel to get information. The newsletter or newspaper has become the main source of information and knowledge. This medium has become the main source of information about local and foreign affairs, though the radio and television convey important news and messages quicker than the newspaper, they seldom give the details of an incident. Bureau of education and development of MRC Uthman will look forward in establishing a starting foundation in students educational development and personality through the activities that will enrich the students skills and knowledge. By publishing this newsletter, it will benefit the students environmental development as the new skill will be enlighten and extra knowledge will be spread. We hope that this program will become a part of Islamic educational development and hopefully the Islamic dawah and knowledge will expand and gain barakah from Allah S.W.T. InshAllah.

2.0 OBJECTIVES To give a weekly educational touched and supply the knowledge to the Uthmans Residences by publishing the newsletter. ii. iii. To educate and expose the students in the journalist and little news publishing.
