Enter the following values for Fix. 2. Create Data Element J_1BNFE_ICMS_EXEMPTION_REASON

Enter as short description: Reason for ICMS Exemption On tab strip page Data Type select option Elementary Type and sub-option Domain. Enter the domain name J_1BNFE_ICMS_EXEMPTION_REASON. Go to tab strip page Field Label. Enter the following values for Length/ Field Label: Short: 5 Exmpt Medium: 10 ICMS Exem. Long: 25 ICMS Exemption Reason Heading; 5 Exmpt 10. Save and activate your changes. Enter as package J1BA and as responsible SAP.

3. Change Database Table J_1BAGN

On tab strip page Fields add at the end a new field with the following values: a. Field: ICMS_EXEMPT_REAS b. Key: do not set the flag c. Initial Values: do not set the flag d. Data element: J_1BNFE_ICMS_EXEMPTION_REASON 6. Save and activate your changes.

4. Change View J_1BAGNV

On tab strip page View Flds add at the end of the list a new view field by pressing the button Table fields. Select table J_1BAGN and press push button Choose. Mark in addition field ICMS_EXEMPT_REAS and press push button Copy. The view field ICMS_EXEMPT_REAS is added at the end of the list of view fields. Leave the columns P, Key, Mod, and Switch empty. Save and activate your changes.

5. Change Maintenance Dialog for View J_1BAGNV

Select option New field /sec.table in structure. Press push button Continue. In section Maintenance screens do not select any screen. In section Field type/sec.tab. select Normal field. Press push button Continue.

6. Add Import and Export Parameters to Function Module J_1B_CFOP_CHECK

Note: This step is only necessary for SAP_BASIS 640 up to support package 12 (SAPKB64012), SAP_BASIS 620 up to support package 54 (SAPKB62054), and SAP_BASIS 46C. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Call transaction SE37. Enter function module J_1B_CFOP_CHECK. Press push button Change. Go to tab strip page Import. Add a new parameter with the following values:

Parameter Name: IX_GIVE_EXEMPT_REASON Type spec.: TYPE Associated Type: XFELD Optional: Set flag Pass Value: do not set the flag Short text: overwrite default with 'X': Fill export parameter EV_ICMS_EXEMPT_REASON 6. Go to tab strip page Export. 7. Add a new parameter with the following values: a. Parameter Name: EV_ICMS_EXEMPT_REASON b. Type spec.: TYPE c. Associated Type: J_1BNFE_ICMS_EXEMPTION_REASON d. Pass Value: do not set the flag e. Short text: (leave default) 8. Save and activate your changes.

Change Screen 152 of Function Group J1BV

Note: This step is only necessary for SAP_BASIS 640 up to support package 12 (SAPKB64012), SAP_BASIS 620 up to support package 54 (SAPKB62054), and SAP_BASIS 46C. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Call transaction SE51. Enter program SAPLJ1BV. Enter screen number 152. Select in section Subobjects the option Attributes. Press push button Change.

6. Change in section Other attributes the value for Lines/Columns, row Mainten. to 61 / 96.

7. Go to the tab strip page Element list and change the value for TCTRL_J_1BAGNV in column DefLg to 90.

Save your changes. Press push button Go to Layout. Choose Goto > Secondary Window > Dictionary / Program Fields. Enter Table/Field Name J_1BAGNV-ICMS_EXEMPT_REAS. Press push button Get from Dictionary. The field J_1BAGNV-ICMS_EXEMPT_REAS is listed in the table. 13. Select the row with the field J_1BAGNV-ICMS_EXEMPT_REAS and press push button Ok/Continue. 14. Drag the object to the header of the table and place it there. A column with header is added. 15. Double-click on the row under the header row.

The attribute window of Input/Output Field J_1BAGNV-ICMS_EXEMPT_REAS opens. 16. Change the Value of Vis.Lengh from 1 to 10.

17. Change the value for Dropdown to Listbox with Key.

18. Press push button Close.
