Each set of equipment should consist of the following items with specifications as given below:

XII. Construction: Modular construction with plug in circuit boards for easy fault finding
and quick servicing. Built in/Separate Automatic Antenna Tuner.
XIII. Manufacturers/Suppliers The Manufacturer or suppliers must have past experience of supply,
past experience and installation and commission of HF-SSB Transceivers in any
maintenance facilities government or any other organization in Bangladesh.

XIV. Prices and Payment: Prices of those equipment, accessories etc. available in
Bangladesh should be quoted in local currency and payment will be
made in Bangladesh Taka. Prices of the equipment and accessories
not available in Bangladesh should be quoted in US Dollars and
payment will be made accordingly.
Warranty: All equipments should cover standard warranty of one year from the
date of handing over of the equipment in good working condition by
the manufacturers/suppliers to Bangladesh Meteorological
Department in Dhaka.
