Signing Up for ALISON Manager

You and your learners are registered with ALISON. Once

logged in, you see the ALISON Manager icon at the
bottom of your My Account page. Click this icon to go
directly to the ALISON Manager page.

2 Click the Sign Up button to go to the order page.

Once your order details are received, your
ALISON Manager registration information is
e-mailed to you.

Your registration e-mail contains your Manager Name, course
selected and an enrolment key specific to that course. You send
this key to each of your learners so that they can join your group and
have you manage their learning.

Each learner selects the course chosen by you and clicks
on the START button.
They will be prompted to enter the enrolment key you
provided.
Immediately, they are learning, and you are managing!

Using ALISON Manager

To manage your learner’s progress:

Click on the REPORTS chart on your My Account page.
This allows you to access: Progress Reports; Quiz Scores;
and a Comprehensive Activity Report. To view and edit your
learner’s information, simply click on the Picture Frame.
From there you can also easily communicate with your
students via e-mail.

After clicking on Reports Chart, “Reports”

opens. You can then view your groups and
courses. To view details of learner
progress, or of quiz and assessment
scores, simply click on the Progress or
Quiz Scores buttons beneath the table.
Visual charts of user statistics are also
available by clicking the diagram button.

Switching Views
The “Switch to Learner Stats” button allows you to access information
on ALL courses and groups that your learners are registered with.

Progress Reports and Quiz Scores

This feature allows you to view learner progress through each module. All
data can be exported to a spreadsheet document easily.

Comprehensive Activity Report

The Comprehensive Activity Report can be accessed by clicking on the
learner’s name in the Progress Report Chart. You can see how long they
spent on each topic and their scores.
