Office politics (clicky) and unreasonable changes in the work environment, I do love this job but feel i have to seek alternative employment under the circumstances.
Please summarise your current duties and responsibilities

I currently answer calls and answer correspondence (Emails and Letters) of either enquiry or complaints nature, I conduct full investigations into all types of complaints and liase with the client (ScotRail) for information regarding such complaints. All calls and responses to the customer have to be of a high standard and are quality checked / scored for review purposes. Wew deal with a varied client type from quick enquiry to angry complaints.

Salaries are assessed according to the level of qualifications, skills and experience brought to the job and only within the range advertised. If there is a level below which you would not accept the offer, please indicate the amount: 14500.00 (per annum/pro rata*)

All my working life I have been in a customer facing service type position, I believe in offering a high level of customer service and offer reliable and varied experience.As I have extensive management experience I am able to work on my own and also part of a team working towards goals and targets. I consider myself to be an organised person in my work ethics and I am fully computer literate with a little IT and networking experience with some graphic design experience on Photoshop. I am a mature family man with responsibilties to fulfill and take my work commitments seriously.
