Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd (BORL) is a Company promoted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., a Fortune 500 Indian Navaratna Oil Company, with equity participation from Oman Oil Company S. A. O. C., Oman. BORL is operating a 6 MMTPA grass root refinery at Bina in Madhya Pradesh, India. Asst Vice President (Quality Assurance Laboratory): (Position Code 07) No. of Vacancies: 01 Qualification: Ph. D. / M. Sc. in Chemistry Experience: More than 20 years in an operating Refinery / Petrochemical complex; conversant with laboratory certifications and maintenance of quality systems such as NABL / ISO / Chemical / DGCA etc. The incumbent should have worked in the areas of Analytical Chemistry, and should be fully familiar with the usage & maintenance of sophisticated & modern laboratory instruments such as Gas Chromatography, ICP, HPLC etc. The candidate for this position should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and should have leadership qualities to motivate the team working in the laboratory.

Manager (Inspection): (Position Code 08) Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering

Experience: More than 12 years of inspection experience in a Refinery / Petrochemical / Fertilizer industries etc. Candidate should have hands-on experience in inspection of static equipments like column, vessels, heat exchanger, heaters etc. in a running plant along with thorough knowledge of relevant National & International Codes / Standards (ASTM, API, ASME, TEMA, NACE, ANSI, and IBR etc), various welding techniques and should be conversant with Cathodic protection, RBI, RLA techniques, Failure Analysis, advanced techniques like TOFD, Acoustic Emission, Eddy Current testing method etc. Knowledge on corrosion in Refineries / Petrochemicals etc. will be preferred.

Assistant Manager (Inspection): (Position Code 09) Qualification: B. E / B. Tech. in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 2 years inspection experience in a Refinery / Petrochemical / Fertilizer industries. Candidate should have hands-on experience in inspection of static equipments like column, vessels, heat exchanger, heaters, etc. in running plant along with knowledge of relevant National & International Codes / Standards (ASTM, API, ASME, TEMA, NACE, ANSI, and IBR etc), various welding techniques, corrosion monitoring, identifying defects and degradation mechanism and should be conversant with RBI methodology, RLA techniques, Failure Analysis etc. 2

Manager (ERP): (Position Code 10)

Qualification: First Class B. E. / B. Tech. / Graduate in Engineering or is a Chartered Accountant Experience: Minimum experience of 12-15 years in industry in various core business functions such as Sales, Materials, Production, Maintenance, Projects, HR, Finance Systems etc. out of which at least 5 to 6 years experience should be in SAP as a core team member / manager etc. MBA qualification would be an added advantage. The SAP certification in at least one of the core modules is essential with sound knowledge of business processes and its mapping in ERP. The knowledge and experience of working in Oil and Gas domain would be preferred. The experience in implementation of SAP and sustaining the same with minimum one or two full cycles of implementation is required. Knowledge and experience of new dimension products, ABAP and SAP interfaces is preferred. He / she is expected to co-ordinate and manage the following which includes ERP administration, business process mapping, end user support, trouble shooting, sustenance, implementation of new functionalities and related new products, availability monitoring, SAP configuration, documentation of processes mapped, assets / resource / contract and vendor management etc. at BORL to: Manage SAP implemented modules SD / ISOIL / MM / PS / HR / CIN / FI / CO / AM Co-ordinate closely with business functions and able to leverage ERP for business benefits. Manage related interfaces of SAP with TAS, with process control systems, with other applications, B2B etc. Manage governance of Masters, authorizations and should be able to understand and implement controls and coordinate with various agencies Handle administration and Management of support using solution manager and related tools Should be able to lead projects undertaken in future related to implementation of ERP, new functionalities, modules, new dimension products, enterprise portal etc. Manage technical / development requirements and coordinate the same with the technical team for required developments Ensure and co-ordinate testing of the developed solutions, configured changes etc., ensure various testing and manage documentation of the same Ensure Governance in all areas including Masters, Authorization etc. Co-ordinate with Audit of ERP processes / systems and ensure compliance to audit recommendations Effectively lead and guide ERP team Manage & co-ordinate with outsourcing agencies & vendors and administer contracts related to ERP and related applications Should have good communication & presentation skills and shall be able to coordinate & conduct trainings for power users, end users, business members, team members, other agencies etc.

Assistant Manager (ERP): (Position Code 11)

Qualification: First Class B. E. / B. Tech. Graduate in Engineering (Mech. / Civil / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Chemical / Production) Experience: 5 to 7 years in industry in functions such as Sales, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Project, Construction etc. out of which at least two / three years experience should be in SAP implementation and support. SAP certification in one of the following modules MM / PM / PS is a must. Experience in Oil and Gas domain would be preferred. He / she should have good knowledge & understanding of SAP processes and functionalities. Knowledge of ABAP would be an added advantage. He / she is expected to: Work as ERP team member and provide business process support to end users related to SAP in MM / PM / PS & other related modules Configure & implement functionalities and business processes for Materials, Projects, Maintenance etc. as per business requirements Have good knowledge of business processes and related mapping in SAP; he/ she should be able to configure new processes, and related changes to meet business needs Have good communication & presentation skills and shall be able to conduct trainings for users, conduct presentations, co-ordinate with business process role holders etc. Have good knowledge of masters and authorizations in the above modules Able to drive & lead small projects in ERP and related interfaces & products etc. Be a team player and closely work with other team members Quickly resolve issues and support end users Understand technical requirements and transfer the same to the technical team for development with functional specifications Test the developed solutions, carry out user acceptance testing, integration testing and maintain documentation of the same Ensure Governance in all areas including Masters, Authorization etc. Co-ordinate for audit of ERP processes / systems and ensure compliance to audit recommendations

Vice President / Assistant Vice president (Finance): (Position Code 12) No. of Vacancies: 02 Qualification: Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) from an institute of national repute Experience: For Vice President, 20-25 years experience and for Assistant Vice President, 15-20 years experience in a large industry. The job responsibilities cover treasury & banking management, financial reporting, administration of accounts, administration of taxes, audit etc. Person with knowledge of working on SAP platform would be preferred. Assistant Manager (Finance): (Position Code 13) Qualification: Chartered Accountants

Experience: Minimum experience of about 02-05 years in a large professionally managed company. Experience in the area of accounting, audit, taxation, banking, treasury MIS etc. is preferred. Knowledge of SAP-FICO module will be an added advantage.

Assistant Vice President (Refinery Product Terminal): (Position Code 14) No. of Vacancies: 01 Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Chemical / Mechanical and MBA (Logistics / Supply Chain Management) Experience: Candidate must have a minimum experience of 16 years in a large organization in the same or similar field. The incumbent will have to set up logistics department, build a team and develop systems & procedures for the section. The job responsibilities include: o co-ordination with manufacturing / scheduling group for products availability o co-ordinate with marketing group for daily / weekly / monthly evacuation plan including pipeline transfer o monitoring with Laboratory for quick certification of products o liaise with Commercial, Power Plant & Railways for placement of rakes and ensure supply of bed material, coal, limestone etc. o ensure contracts are in place regularly on time o as an interface between core planning, refinery, marketing & transporters, will ensure availability & evacuation of all stocks as planned Experience in petroleum product terminals connected with refineries is essential.
