INTRODUCTION
Happy workers are Productive workers. Generally this statement is true and this concept should be developed more. Job satisfaction describes how content an individual is with his or her job. The happier people are within their job, the more satisfied they are said to be. Job satisfaction is not the same as motivation or aptitude. . Job satisfaction is a very important attribute which is frequently measured by organizations. The most common way of measurement is the use of rating scales where employees report their reactions to their jobs. Questions relate to rate of pay, work responsibilities, variety of tasks, promotional opportunities, the work itself and co-workers. In my survey I measured job satisfaction of the 8 employees among 5 companies randomly and I come to know that there are some reasons and some factors which affect the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of employees towards his/her job.

Find the factors which can affect the organization positively or negatively
What happens when employees like their jobs and when they dislike their jobs? There are some factors which can affect positively or negatively to the organisation. Factors which can affect positively: Motivating employees by giving them promotion, increase in salary. Giving them additional benefits like medical facilities, house, furniture, allowances etc. Make feel them that they are so important for the organization. The organization should reward for their good performance. The organization should try to know what employee expects from the job. If employees have any problem then if possible then try to solve. The environment of organization should be friendly that they can feel free to tell or do work.

Factors which can affect negatively: Employees are not satisfied by the payment given to them. Conflicts among the colleagues. Ineffective communication towards their boss. Not given good reward for their good performance. The employees are not happy or uninterested in their job.

15

CONCLUSION

By making this Survey it can be concluded the employees are comparatively highly satisfied with their job and satisfied with the management system of a company. From my survey I can make conclusion that Organisation can do the following things to satisfy their employees more:1. An Organization can motivate more to the employees by giving various benefits. 2. The Organization should appraise employees for his/her good work and can make feel them special. 3. The Employees who are not fully satisfied with their job,the company should try to know what is reasons behind it. 4. Relationship between collogues and boss is quite good.
