Active personal air lock

Personal air flow body shower with high quality cleaned air via recirculated air method. Advantages: Protects the cleanroom against particles through cleaning of personnel before entering the cleanroom. As a "stand alone" solution or integrated in the cleanroom wall system. Turbulent mixed ventilation with directed jet nozzles. Air cleaning via two-stage filter system (G3 and H14). With EC blower.

Funktion control: Home position: both doors closed, the LED Air lock free is lit on all panels. If a person opens the grey door to enter the air lock, the cleanroom door is electrically locked and the LED Air lock occupied ist lit on all doors. If the grey door is closed on entering, the fan starts operating with the set flushing time. The grey door can be opened and closed at will during the flushing time. Every time the door is closed, the flushing time is reset to zero and starts again. When the flusing time has elapsed, the fan switches back to basic flushing (30%) and the grey door is unlocked. The cleaned person can now enter the cleanroom. When the cleanroom door is opened, the grey door is locked. When the cleanroom door is closed again, the grey door is unlocked and the LED display on the panel changes from Air lock occupied to Air lock free. When the cleanroom door is opened, the grey door is locked ant the LED display on the panels show Air lock occupied. If the person who has entered closes the cleanroom door behind him/her, it is locked and the grey door is unlocked. It is possible to leave the air lock through the grey door. After the grey door is closed, the fan starts up (active flushing 100 %) and flushes the air lock. The grey door can be opened and closed at will during the flushing time. Every time the door is closed, the flushing time is reset to zero and starts again. After this flushing time has elapsed, the fan switches back to basic flushing (approx.. 30 %), the cleanroom door is unlocked and all panel displays show "Air lock free" again. The door locks can be cancelled at any time via the Emergency Stop switches provided on all panels. Flushing and locking times can be individually set at any time. The light is switched on by door contacts when the door is operated and switched off again after an adjustable period of time. Filter replacement possible via service flap.
