Original exclusive jurisdiction over cases NOT falling within the jurisdiction of any court, tribunal, person or body exercising judicial or quasi-judicial functions

Delegated jurisdiction over cadastral and land registration cases covering lots where: Theres no controversy or opposition

Petitions for the constitution of the family home
