Consultant resumes according to their skill set and skill count. And also we can calculate the relocation
cost for the Consultant to relocate one city to another city. We can generate the Offer Letter in that
application. And also we can see the online examination score also here. Also we can search the
Candidates for the requirements.

Agent or End Client Interviews Software is used to communicate with the job-seekers and companies.
Using parsing technique we fetch the addresses from text files, excel sheets and parse the Email Address
after we are sending the mail to the particular Client with the bench employee resume and employee
hotlist. Automated the process of create the user id for the employee in the Linux Mail Servers.

This project is designed to automate the whole process of CSR’s of Novel Team’s ITStaffing Dept. They
place bench Employees by arranging Middle Agent or End Client Interviews Software is used to

Phone, etc. Then, intended user’s searches from the existing database, the information like name, phone
number, email address, of a person/company and then send e-mail to the person/company. The email form
also has an option for files attachments. An intended user can update or edit specified fields in the
database whereas the super-user can update, edit or delete all of the fields.

This Application is designed to automate the resume posting process of the Novel Team bench employees.
Previously we are posting the resume of the bench employee by manually to the 40 jobsites in US. From
this application just we can enter only one time for a particular person it automatically posted in all the job
sites and also we can refresh the resume on every day and deactivate the resume when the employee got
placed.

Title: Commission Plan Oct 05 – Dec 05
The bench employee of the Novel Team got placed in US, got some profit, from that. Novel Team shares the
profit with all the employees. According to the position of each employee get different level of commission.
For this the software has been developed, which automates the whole process. The Accounts Department
members enter the bench employee details like his pay rate and the duration of the project, then the
system automatically generate the commission automatically and its stored in the database. And also we
get the value of US dollars values vs. Indian rupees from the Website for the Commission calculation.

This is an excellent desktop application to generate the pay slip for multiple departments. It will give you
the detailed pay slip based on the employer's salary structure. Developed Pay Components Screen where
all information related to payroll processing where entered. Engineered various other components like
Regular Earnings, One time Earnings, One time deduction, Loan interest that will be taken as input to
calculate the pay slip. Generated TDS, PF, ESI, PT will be the output from the system along with the
components value.

contacts. Only the super user can view, update, and delete all the records in the database.
