CHAPTER FIRST
1.1 BACKGROUND OF RESEARCH A1 numbers of factors affect the teaching & learning process. Classroom teaching is a challenging job; where the teacher comes face to face with a number of problem students have many problem. Some students are clever & some students are weak in the study. It is by heredity or background of student or environment, because environment also affects on children, which environment is given to child is very important.

But, some problems in the study of child arise because their parents are working & no one is at home to take care of children or to pay attention towards their study.

At that time students will diverse their study. They will start to think as their own or they will be matured as early as they are in this practical we have to study why, these problems arises and have to solve these problems.

Statement of Problem To study the problem of students in primary school whose parents are working?

Need Some students are alone at home because their parents are working, we should study their problems. All students cant live in body setting they need protection as well as company of their parents. They start find way of entertainment, so they not give preference to study. Teacher has to see their progress in study.

Significance When parents will pay proper attention towards children, children confidence will increase and they will develop in their study.

If parents will give attention towards their child they feel secure & try to their level best. They will increase their study.

Objective 1. To find difficulties of student of working parent. 2. To develop a program to study of students of working parent. 3. To study the effectiveness of the program effects.

Assumptions 1. Child is alone at home. 2. Child is studying in primary class. 3. He spends more time in playing & watching TV rather than study. 4. He doesnt study at home.

10

Hypothesis If parents give 1 hour of attention to the student study then they are improve their studies.

Scope 1. The present study covers the students of primary class. 2. The study includes these students whose parents are working.

Limitations 1. This study includes Marathi medium students. 2. It will include only whose parents are working.

Methodology For the present research researcher has use survey method.

Operational Definitions 1. Student Student who are studying in primary classes.

2. Working Parents Parents who are working in different fields.

3. Primary Level Students between age group of 6 to 14 and in standard between 1 st & 8th.
11

Summary In the first chapter includes, need of study its significance, scope, limitations, assumptions, hypothesis & objective of research.

CHAPTER SECOND REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE.

INDEX Sr. No. Content 2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4 2.5 2.6 Introduction Books Magazines News Papers Summery References Page No.

13

Introduction For the study of research researcher has to review the related literates. Researcher has to maintain flexibility in reviewing the research material as per his requirement. However the action researcher must have knowledge of this step in research.

To be able to prove the difference convincingly & demonstrate the importance of once. Awn researcher has to fixed find out whether any other researcher has already worked on same subject. To plan the research method. This material can also prove to be useful for finding out possible answers to the question as problem an which the research is being undertaken.

Books 1. Action research & innovation, Arvind L. Kapole, Bansi Bihari Pandit Nirali Publication; 2007. 2. Action research & innovation, Swati gadgil lewichar Publication.

Magazines 1. Lokmat Article of behavior of children. 2. Lokmat Articale related to parents insufficient time for child.

News paper Sakal Time for study of student. This article suggest students lack attention towards study & more interest in other work.
14

Summary In the second chapter review of those literatures which used for research works. In review of related literature includes books, magazine & news paper etc

16

Introduction Research Methods can be called planning and execution undertaken by the researcher to solve a specific research problem. Research can be past oriented, present oriented or future oriented. Thus the basis of conclusions, research methods is divided into three parts. 1. Historical method. 2. Survey method. 3. Experimental method.

Research method. 1. Historical method. In this method researcher has to get information from the past of sample. It is past orient method this method is used to find out the exact meaning of the event which have occurred in past or to throw light on the new facts found out the event. 2. Survey Methods In this method researcher has to do survey of sample by using any tool. This method mostly used in research we can called information through post, public opinion is important in this method. 3. Experimental method In this method researcher has to do experiment on one or two groups. Experimental research is conducted to understand the effect of the factor.

17

In scientific term, experimental research means examining the hypothesis indicating the cause & effect relation.

Methodology of research For the present research the researcher used survey method.

3.4 Population. The present research cavers the population of All students of primary level whose parents are working in any field in Maharashtra state.

Sample For the present research, researcher used sample as 50 students from one primary school.

Method of sample 1. Random Sample. 2. Cluster sample 3. Stratified sample.

18

METHOD OF SAMPLE

RANDOM SAMPLE

Tools for information. Researcher has used questionnaire as a tool for information. This questionnaire tool is standardized by using various reference materials and also researcher used various thesis.

Statistical tool. Researcher has used percentage for analyze the collected data. Statistic is an effective tool for analyze data researcher had used percentage for analyze the questionnaire which used for collecting data.

CHAPTER FOUR ANALYSIS & INTERPRETATION OF DATA

INDEX Sr. No. 4.1 4.2 4.3 4.4 Content Introduction Analysis of questionnaire and interpretation Summary References Page No.

22

Introduction Merely collection of data is not the aim of any research activity, instead the collection of data must be used by the researcher to draw conclusions make generalizations, establish relationship between two or more. Variable & test the hypothesis. The term analysis means indices along with reaching patterns of relationship that exists among data group. In this process some statistical method are used to make data meaningful and self explanatory.

Statistical tool is an efficient tool in the analysis of research data. Analysis of questionnaire and interpretation. 1) Place of completing home work Sr No. 1 2 3 4 Response At own home School Class Friends House Percentage 88% 8% 4% 0%

As per above table we can say that 88% students complete their home work at home and * % at school 4% at class.
