45SF or 49SF is the standard for DUOTHANE, Vulkollan, Adiprene, Vibrathane etc. Cilbond 49SF+B gives the ultimate in water and heat resistance For bonding Quasi systems at 50-80oC with 49SF a prebake is required. For improved environmental resistance use 49SF + B or 41 + B 41 is best for standard polyol / isocyanate cold cures. 41 + B or 49SF + B is best for amine based fast cures and for exceptional environmental resistance. 49SF is the standard for TPU Prebakes are recommended 49SF for NCO cures, 89E and 12E/80E for peroxide and 'S' cures. For best heat resistance apply 2 coats of 65W and dry both at elevated temperature to avoid resin spotting 89E is the first choice 12E/80E is the first choice
