Individual Assignment Part A- Individual Presentation (30%)

2. All your group members are required to present the analyzed case study by applying the power point presentation method (minimum 10 slides and maximum 25 slides) in the class. 3. Each group will be given 20 minutes for the presentation towards the given case study.
4. Make sure that equal role is assigned to every member in the group and individual presentation mark will be evaluated accordingly. 5. Group leader should prepare a presenter name list according to the sequence of the presentation and submit to the lecturer on the presentation day itself.

6. Students shall wear formal attire during the presentation. 7. Ignorance is no excuse. If you miss your turn, you will miss your opportunity to present. There will be no second chance. 8. Each group should submit a power point slides report of the group presentation title with 2 slides per page to the lecturer on the presentation day itself. Page 1 of 6

9. Cover page should be attached together with the power point report in the final submission. Front cover (title, course code, instructors name, students name,matrix no., and submission date).

Group Assignment Group Presentation (30%)

2. All groups are required to select and present any one of the titles that stated above. First come, first served basis. Please register your title with your lecturer as fast as possible. 3. All your group members are required to present the selected presentation title by applying the demonstration method in the class. 4. Each group will be given 20 minutes for the group presentation towards the selected presentation title.
5. Make sure that equal role is assigned to every member in the group. 6. Appropriate props such as clothes, cutlery, tags, etc. shall be included in the presentation in order to provide better understanding to the audiences towards the selected presentation topic.

Group Written Assignment (15%)

Part B: Individual Action Plan


A. Students are required to plan and perform the required tasks below (task number 1, 2, 3 & 4) by using Gantt chart. Gantt chart is a schedule diagramming the steps in a project and specifying the time required for each. Supporting information: o Fulfilling the Gantt chart o Get acknowledgement from the respective lecturers in a specific set timeframe o Refer to page 4 1. Students are required to register for USSDC. o Supporting information: Proof (print screen) need to be submitted to their respective lecturers by attaching it in the action plan report. Refer to page 5

2. Students are required to attend any one (1) or more talk /training /programme /activity / workshop that related to your registered co-curriculum subject which Page 4 of 6

carried out by Department of Soft Skills Competency (DSSC)/Department of Student Affairs (DSA)/ Centre Extension Education (CEE) that entitle at least 10 USSDC points in any of the 7 components with a specific timeframe, in between the co-curriculum subject that registered by the student (Week 1 to 10 for long trimester & Week 1 to 5 for short trimester). OR Performing/Involving any community services that organized by or cooperate with Department of Soft Skills Competency (DSSC). o Supporting information: Proof (print screen) need to be submitted to their respective lecturers by attaching it in the action plan report. 3. Students are required to perform in claiming their USSDC points, for any of the programmes which they attended. o Supporting information: Proof (print screen) need to be submitted to their respective lecturers. Refer to page 11

4. To attend talk/training which will be given by DSSC lecturers in selected day within the co-curriculum subject timeframe in a particular semester. o Supporting information: Fulfilling the report requirement Refer to page 9 to 10
