The company was formed in 2009 as a separate unit of M/s Precision Engineering Corporation to under-take Air conditioning and ventilation project. We undertake Industrial Ventilation and Air Conditioning projects on turnkey basis. For Air Conditioning equipments, we are countywide System Service Provider of M/s Voltas Limited. For Ventilation projects the major equipment manufacturing is done at our sister company M/s Precision Engineering Corporation, Bhilai. Some of the equipments like Centrifugal fans etc are sourced from the approved vendor list in the respective tender. We are fully equipped to undertake the projects in the following fields: i, ii, iii, Industrial Ventilation and Air Cooling System Central Air Conditioning systems Chilled water & condenser water piping and distribution system

We are approved vendors of Voltas Ltd, Bhushan Energy Ltd, Bhushan Steel Ltd, Jaypee Associated Ltd, Reliance, Parichha Thermal Power Project, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Shree Cement, Shriram Rings & Pistons Ltd, etc and are regularly supplying our Products to them since 2009 and are working satisfactorily at site/works. We are an Industry Registered with SSI No. 090101203910 Part-I dated 31-10-2011 for Steel Fabrication. Annexure III PEC / PEC Projects & Systems Pvt Ltd (Key Personnel) Mr. HD Gupta: After having graduated from IIT, Roorkee, and having worked for 10 years with MECON in the field of design, engineering and project management, Mr. Gupta ventured into entrepreneurship some 25 years ago. He has successfully continued in his venture since, and has provided dynamic leadership to the company. Mr. Puneet Gupta: An IIT, Roorkee graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Puneet Gupta has a rich experience of 36 years in the field of HVAC. Worked with MECON and performed in the turnkey segments of this field. While at MECON for a period of 18 years, Mr. Puneet Gupta handled HVAC, Air Pollution Control and Effluent Treatment Projects. Thereafter, was one of the promoter director with M/S Roots Cooling Systems for a period of 13 years, Mr. Puneet Gupta was closely involved with conceptualisation, engineering & project management and product development. Mr. Satish Saxena: A Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIT, Bhopal, Mr. Saxena has an experience of over 37 years with MECON, the development sector (UNICEF and other NGOs) and the private sector. His experience spans design and engineering projects, including turnkey projects and involves ferrous as well as non-ferrous industries, services and utilities of infrastructure segments of industry, power, piping and pipelines, etc. Mr. S K Singhal: An IIT, Roorkee graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Singhal has a rich experience of 38 years in the field of Projects, Engineering. Worked with MECON and performed in the contracts & turnkey segments of his field. While at MECON for a period of 38 years, Mr. Singhal handled Material Handling, Defense Projects. Mr. A K Johri: An IIT, Roorkee graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Johri has a rich experience of 37 years in the field of Projects, Engineering . Worked with MECON and performed in the Consultancy, design and engineering of his field. While at MECON for a period of 36 years, Mr. Johri handled Utilities and gas pipeline projects. Mr. Vikas Utreja: A post graduate from MIT, Manipal, Karnataka, Mr. Vikas Utreja has an experience of over 8 years in business analysis and project management. His experience spans in various projects in different domains of industry like mechanical, electrical and finance. He has been involved in HVAC projects for PEC-PS since its inception in 2008.
