The profile can either be purchased in 4m lengths as well as the two various end caps, either for a pocket or a full width version. Pre-cut lengths are available in the following sizes:

Firstly, measure the opening height and width where you would want to use the Jack Sliding Door System. The opening width will determine the length of the top & bottom track you require. Either a kit 2 which consists out of a 2m top & bottom track or a kit 3, a 3m top & bottom track. The maximum height of the opening must not be greater than 2730mm. When you have calculated and decided what door sequence you will use in each track, note that your maximum door width must not exceed 1068mm. Refer to door sequence formula table. When installing the Jack Sliding Door System in front of a cupboard, leave 110mm clear space in front, 82mm for the doors and an extra 28mm to avoid injury with your ngers when handling the doors.

STEP THREE:
Decide on the style of door by choosing one of the many sequences to suite your specications and style. DOOR WIDTH CALCULATION: If the dust sealing brush is applied to the side proles subtract 6mm from the open width. Decide how many panels each door will have, and if glass or board panels are used. This system accepts 16mm board or 5mm glass. Only toughened glass must be used. When a mirror is used make sure a safety lm is applied to the back of the mirror. GENERAL: The door height is always the same which is the opening height minus 33mm. Panel width is always the same which is the doors width minus 48mm. 3.2 Aluminium Glass Door Proles P4, P6 & P7
All doors can be made to order in the 2 proles and glass nishes depending on the specied requirements. Clear Glass, Frosted Glass, Clear Glass Frosted Film, Ocean View. Please note a technical information form will need to be lled out and the lead time from date of order will be approximately 2-3 weeks. We advise when placing the order that all lower level doors and handles or knobs which are tted directly to the glass be ordered with toughened glass to prevent any injury. All proles can be purchased in lengths and the components separately for DIY, however the glass will not be supplied. Please note no hinges are supplied nor is any drilling for the hinges. Standard concealed hinges are used. Please refer to Section 10.

5.6 Floating Cabinet Brackets
Heavy Duty Hanging Brackets

The new patented 807 hanging system is a revolution for the world of suspended base cabinets. Made totally in metal, it has a thickness of only 10mm, and is able to support very heavy loads with a guarantee of safety. The innovative and revolutionary anti-drop system which is activated automatically when the bracket is hooked into the wall plate and prevents the cabinet from accidentally falling from the wall. Tested to European norms EN14749, EN14688 and ISO 7170, it has a declared loading capacity of 120 kg, which is stamped on each piece. Very easy to fit, through 4 x 10mm diameter holes in the side panel of the cabinet, where the 4 dowels are inserted, it has an adjustment range of 19mm horizontally and 22mm vertically. The system is completed by a compatible cover in plastic. Load capacity: 120kg per bracket.

The PUSH system is a self-opening system for the doors of all types of handleless furniture. It consists of a series of self-opening hinges, release devices (the PUSH) that can be tted to the top, base or side panel of the cabinet and retaining catches to be tted to the back of the door.
The PUSH release device is available in a mechanical version that is tted to the cabinet side using screws and a magnetic version that can be surface mounted using a holder or ecessed into the edge of the cabinet. The retaining catches are pressure xed with special pistons. For doors over 1600mm in height, we suggest that you use 2 x mechanical release catches or a single magnetic release device together with a supplementary magnetic catch.

The Push self opening system could be used for doors up to 400mm in height. The door can be opened with or without a handle.
General Information: The Gas Piston Strength on the arm is determined in relationship with the dimensions & weight of the doors, which will also determine if one or two arms are neccessary. Their are also two types of pistons available in the various strengths which determines how you want the action of the door to open, which are the following: Standard Piston This piston is for a single operation door, when the door is opened, it opens fully to the top, which the arm is able to be adjusted Min70- Max90 Progressive Piston This piston is a for a progressive opening door, when you open the door you open and close the door to the angle which you open the door. Correspond Piston strengths available in the stock program to determine the amount of arms needed as well as piston strength required on the graphs, a calculation is CD available on request. The Door can be opened with or without a handle. If a handle is used it can be positioned anywhere on the door. Alternatively, for doors up to 400mm in height that are not fitted with a handle for aesthetic reasons, the push self-opening system can be used.

General Information: The Gas Piston Strength on the arm is determined in relationship with the dimensions & weight of the doors. For a wall cabinet width 600mm, it is possible to use one system only left or right arm. Their are also two types of pistons available in the various strengths which determines how you want the action of the door to open, which are the following: Standard Piston This piston is for a single operation door, when the door is opened, it opens fully to the top. Progressive Piston This piston is a for a progressive opening door, when you open the door you open and close the door to the angle which you open the door. Correspond Piston strengths available in the stock program to determine the amount of arms needed as well as piston strength required on the graphs, a calculation CD is available on request.
