Points of Discussion
1. Timetables
1.1. Exam Timetables

Malaysian Students 2010/11

1.1.1. Announce 2 weeks before the exam. 1.1.2. *No last minute changes. 1.1.3. *Appropriate time interval between classes, practical exam & MCQ exam. (Preferably more than 3 days) 1.2. **Annual Community Menu (Yearly Schedule) 1.2.1. Announce the yearly schedule after the summer holidays or before academic year starts. 1.2.1.1. Does not have to be precise, rough planning will sufficed. 1.2.1.2. Any changes needs to be notified as soon as possible. 1.2.1.3. Crucial for International Students, for they need to plan several things ahead. -Involve plane tickets, visa, passport validty, accomodations, etc. 1.3. Class Timetables 1.3.1. Necessary to have time interval for Fardhu Prayers.

2. Examinations
2.1. Time 2.1.1. Held before long breaks/holidays if possible. Better result guaranteed. 2.2. *Exam Result 2.2.1. Announced for every module individually and AFTER EACH MODULE exams. -The students may be able to make targets and preparations before the final exams. 2.2.2. This is not inquiring for an overall result, but as a measurement for students to analyse targets. 2.2.3. Announced in CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) forms if possible, for it is an official grade in Malaysia universities. 2.3. **Exam Slips 2.3.1. To be printed out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, as they are extremely crucial for students to apply scholarships and universitys fees funds. 2.3.2. Printed for each student. *P/S: We noticed the officer work frame is not well systematized and organized when dealing with our exam slips. Hoping for improvements in the future.

4. Elective courses and ICDL

4.1. To be able to start ICDL classes early. 4.1.1. Not crammed and burdening the clinical years. 4.2. Similar for elective courses. 4.2.1. The 1st years and 3rd years have already started receiving their elective classes. We hope it will also occur to our year. 4.2.2. Putting less reading subjects into the elective courses. More experience and field base learning courses.

5. Module Textbooks
5.1. Making it more convenient by adding more pictures and colours. 5.1.1. We do not mind paying more if it can enhance our understandings and remembrance. 5.2. To be release before the classes starts.

6. Lectures

Increase more, for the students find it interesting and can relate easily to the subjects learned. 6.3. To organize practical/tutorial classes for pharmacolgy. 6.3.1. The students find it difficult to memorize the drugs related. (Diagrams, Samples, and Videos related)
