Objectives
1) After showing the picture related with the topic , the students will discuss the

questions asking by the teacher 80% accuracy in 10 minutes.


2) After given the handout

which includes contrasting phrases, the student will match phrases with their definitions and compare their answers with their partner in 5 minutes includes about comedians jobs 10 minutes.

Procedure

At the beginning of the lesson teacher asks some questions to take students attention Do you like watching comedy films, Do you know any characters? After taking their attention and feeling students ready for the lesson. Teacher demonstrates some comedian pictures (Cem Ylmaz, Kemal Sunal, Mr bean, Charlie Chaplin) and

asks students some questions related to picture get them ready. Do you know any of them? Have you ever watched their movies cartoons or films? and What is happening in this cartoon ? to make them familiar with the topic

After the showing the picture, the teacher distrubutes a handout which is related with the topic then students reads the text to general understanding the students will match phrases with their definitons and compares with their partners in this activity The student will do brainstorm to find the correct and objective more helpful because
this activity help them to understand the topic. However the students ready for speaking with this activity.

Next, The student will work as group.( Then teacher makes the students 3 group and tells each group find a name yours group then tells x group you are going to write ...............of komedy films second group are going to ........ comediy films ) Teacher says look at the second activity for general understanding and answers questions which is written in the text and checks next to your answers there is one more than correct answer for each, during this stage They will do the questions which is written in the text after that they will check the answers with their partners During the this stage they are using techniques of skimming to get the idea for find the questions This activity helps them how to find questions in the text and goals of the this objective increase the some important skills writing .The student will make creative thinking to their situations.

After, the teacher wants students to read the text again and wants to answer these questions (Which of the letters do you agree with? Why?) They should not to worry about words they dont know teacher in the feedback teacher lets students tell they what answer they found to their questions in this stage they are using techniques of scanning to get the find answer The teacher aim is the student will work as an individual they will read the text and try to find answers to questions and goals of this objective to improve their high order thinking to solve problems then this objective increase reading, Writing skills the student will make problem solving.

In the last activity, The student will work as a group. They will read the 3 statement which is written in the text then discusses these 3 statement as a group after that they will choose one statement and writes what their thinking about that statement.. At this stage they are using techniques of detailed comprehension. However the students try to complete fill in the blank related with chosen statement exercise by using with their own ideas. This activity helps them practice for read to write. The student will gain more experience to write for writing The aim of this activity is to revise expressions of quantity. This activity increase their reading, writing skills.

At the conclusion The teacher will make revision to check the students understanding. During the revision the teacher will ask some important question about the subjects and the student will talk about the topic according to their opinion in the classroom. The teacher will give worksheets for next lesson. The student will read the unit 2 again, and they will check all information, questions and they will take notes for important points. The student brings to homework on time.

Dear Gazette Readers, I need your advice. I was in my neighbourhood supermarket, going down the aisle of canned goods. There was an older woman in front of me, looking at the shelf. What should I do in a situation like this?
