It is a crucial requirement to have acknowledged of business in all respect for M.B.A. - III Semester student. It can be acquired after achieving practical training in industries. PAL (PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD.) is a synonym for a trusted partner. To state a unique collaboration, and to develop the engineering abilities and product development expertise, PAL has joined hands with field marshal to develop unique PAL 3 wheelers Head quartered in Rajkot, Gujarat (Bharat) and established in 2002 PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD. Field marshal group is engaged in the manufacturing of diesel engines and spare parts mainly in the automobile sector PAL services customers in more than 20 countries through its network of company owned and independent distributor facilities and less than 100 dealers locations. Practical knowledge in the best experience and on that basis we can comprehend the all aspect of business. On the basis of theory, we get trained on how to do but without practical knowledge out come consequently, every student has to get his hands on industrial training in business enterprise as per university rules. PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD. is a part of 89 million groups known as INDIAMART group of industries started in 1965. Today the group is employing about 1200 people and 3 companies located in Ahmedabad and is engaged in various product like Climbing Rings, Cylinder Heads, Ring Plunger Set, Grooved Feed Bushes, Barrels & Screws, Single Screw, Barrier Screw, Twin Hole Barrel, Single Barrel, Maddoc Barrier Screws, Twin Barrels and Twin Screw.etc.plastic machines related products PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD. started in 2005 as a with Partnership foam, turnover of 4.76 cr. During the year 2005-06 it has been converted into Private Ltd.Firm from Partnership. Today it manufactures 25 different types of screw$barrels and is considered one of the biggest screw$barrels manufactures in India, within short span of 5 years. The company has been able to touch more than 200 people work with it.

CHARACTERISTICS : Characteristics of company form of organization are mentioned as under : (1) Incorporated Association : A company must be incorporated or registered under the companys act, 1956. Minimum number required is 7 in case of Public Company & 2 in case of Pvt. Company and maximum number of member is 50 in case of Pvt. Company & unlimited members are in Public Company. (2) Limited Liability : One of the outstanding features of the company is that the shareholder is liable for the amount to the extent of shares held by it. Being a separate entity, it has its own assets & liability. (3) Transferability of Shares : As the business of the company is quite distinct from its member, it allows the members too transfer their shares to other in the manner provided in the Article of Association. However in private company, the transferability of shares as restricted in certain manner. (4) Separate Property : The company is a separate legal entity. The assets of the company are also separate from its shareholders. The property of the company is to be used for companys purpose only. (5) Common Seal : Common seal is the official signature of the company. The company acts through human being such as directors. Any document which is not bearing the common seal of the company will not be binding on the company.

In each and every organization the workers are soul of the organization. Non one enterprise can run without manpower. Thus, the employees satisfaction toward job is most vital. In PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD. the following facilities are provided to each employee. 1. Bus Facility : The plant of the company is far from the city. Therefore, the company provides bus facility to workers without any charges. 2. Bonus : Every year at Diwali Festival, the company afforts bonus to the employees, whether there is not net profit at the year. 3. Loan Facility : The company endows with loan up to the capacity of employee without or very less interest which is reimbursed from salary every month. 4. Uniform Facility : All the workers including the office staff are provided two pairs of uniform per years. In the case of workmen of shop floor it is a strong cotton on dark colours where as, it is sober coloured terry cotton for the officer staff. 5. Festival Sweets Facility : On Dassera festival every employee is presented gift of 1 kg. Sweets.

Above we started that PANCHNATH AUTO works was started in 2005 with stronger name but after 2008 was converted into PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD. At that time investment was 2 lacs rupees only but in today the invt. gets magic figure of Rs. 6 crore and total turnover of Concept is rounded about 10 crore rupees.
At initial stage panchnath Engineering works was produced just small spare parts of plastic machines but today PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD. produces Climbing Rings, Cylinder Heads, Ring Plunger Set, Grooved Feed Bushes, Barrels & Screws, Single Screw, Barrier Screw, Twin Hole Barrel, Single Barrel, Maddoc Barrier Screws, Twin Barrels and Twin Screw.etc.plastic machines related products. so this indicates that PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD. gets power with the change in time. Initially it was week but now it is very strong and big also. Now, it is helping to another plastic machines companies and providing them goods also, other units (subsidiary units) of PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD. are advance, adice, advin and avirent. This indicates that PANCHNATH AUTO PVT. LTD. hence strong market position and financial position also.
FUTURE PLANS
As we all privy that once the company survive in the market then after the main focus of companys is paid on growth and expansion of unit and therefore the company must prepare the future plans in advance by which it can be help it into proliferation of unit. As we know that all kind of the company wants to be a successful and a good position holder in the market. And in the future they want to increase their market share. They have dream for the future to get good place in market level. The future plan CCL is to increase the sales and to create an recognized brand name in nation and in international market. The increasing and uncertain metal market, the cost of the input is increasing beyond expectation. The step competition from China and other Countries also forces company to work on minimum margin. The company is hopeful to maintain the growth with Good export orders in the current financial year 2008-2009. This would be possible. CCL is also planning to increase the profit. So, they have an aim of profit maximization. But the main thing is that they want profit maximization through customer satisfaction.
One of the essential preliminary tasks when a person undertake a research study is to go through the existing literature in order to acquaint himself with the available body of knowledge in his area of interest. Literature review is an integral part of the entire research process and makes a valuable contribution to almost every operational step. It helps to establish the theoretical roots of the study, clarify the ideas and to develop the methodology, but later on the literature review serves to enhance and consolidate the researchers findings with the existing body of knowledge. Reviewing the literature can be time consuming, daunting, frustrating but it is also rewarding. A literature review has number of functions. Some of them are as follows:-

Secondary Data : Secondary data means that are already available such as in books & records & case study. The case study method is a very popular from of qualitative analysis. It is just on episode in the life of individuals. We have use both secondary and primary data. I have select the collection of data from questionnaire method in questionnaire. These may be two types of questions.
(A) Closed Ended Question : In which respondent gives short answers. There are following types. 1. Dichotonomous Question : A question has two possible answer. 2. Multiple Choice : A question has two possible answer. 3. Like Scale Question : A question which respondent shows the amount of agreement to disagreement. 4.Semantic Differential : Scale containing two opposite word where respondent select the paints that represent his opinion. SAMPLING DESIGN
It needs to be emphasized that when the universe is a small one, it is no use resorting to a sample survey. The respondents selected should be as representative of the total population as possible in order to produce a miniature cross-section. The selected respondents constitute what is technically called a sample and the selection process is called Sampling technique. The survey so conducted is known as Sample Survey. Algebraically, let the population size be N and sample populations sample size be n (N>n). Implications of a Sample Design : A sample design is a definite plan for obtaining a sample from a given population. It refers to the technique or the procedure the researcher would accept in selecting items for the sample. Sample design is determined before data are collected. # Steps in Sampling Design :
Type of Universe : The first step in developing any sample design is to clearly define the get of objects technically called the universe to be studied. The universe can be finite infinite. 2) Sampling Unit : A decision has to be taken concerning a sampling unit before selecting sample. Sampling unit may be a geographic one such as state, district, village. 3) Source List : It is also known as sampling from which sample is to be drawn. In case of finite universe only. It contains the names of all
items of a universe. If source list not available researcher has to be prepare it a list should be comprehensive correct, reliable and appropriate. It is extremely important because it representative of the population as possible. Size of Sample : This refers to the number of items to be selected from the universe to constitute a sample. The size of sample show neither be excessively large, nor too small. It should be optimum. An optimum sample is one which fulfills the requirements of efficient representatives, reliability and flexibility. Parameters of Interest : In determining the sample design, one much consider the question of the specific population parameters which re of interest. There may also be important sub groups in the population about who we would like to make estimates. 6) Budgetary Constraint : Cost constraints from practical paint of view, have a major impact upon decisions relating to not only the size of the sample but also to the type of sample. This fact can even lead to the use of a nonprobability sample. Sampling Procedure : Finally, the researcher must decide, the type of sample he will use i.e. he must decide about the technique to be used in selecting the items for the sample. There are several designs, out of which the researcher must choose one for his study. Obviously he must select that design which for a given sample size and for a given cost has a smaller sampling error.

In this context one must remember that two costs involved in a sampling analysis viz., 1) The cost of collecting the data. The cost of an incorrect inference resulting from the data. Researcher must keep in view the two causes of incorrect inferences viz., Systematic Sampling Error Systematic bias results from errors in the sampling procedures and it can not be reduced or eliminated by increasing the sample size. At best the causes responsible for these errors can be detected and corrected. Usually a systematic bias is the result of one or more of the following factors.
