Our goal at Wilson Creek is to help make your planning process simple and enjoyable so that you can focus on what really matters ~ your family, your friends, and your commitment to each other. Wilson Creek Winery, located in the heart of the beautiful Southern California Wine Country will create the most memorable wedding event ever! Our flower-filled wedding gazebos set amongst stunning gardens is the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony, and our lovely landscaped grounds and Event Center which includes the Champagne Ballroom, and intimate Barrel Room are ideal for a unforgettable day. We pride ourselves in providing an all inclusive pricing philosophy, which avoids hidden costs and surprising add-ons. We welcome your personal ideas and will be happy to assist you with any upgrades you may wish us to implement at an additional cost. Daytime Wedding Packages include the following:

Staff Support
A Wilson Creek Event Coordinator and a Banquet Captain will be appointed to your party Service staff is available throughout the wedding and reception to tend to your needs. Outside event coordinators are welcome but not required.
Wilson Creek Policies

Wedding Coordinators To ensure that your special day runs smoothly, Wilson Creek Winery includes a day of event wedding coordinator to assist with the organization of your wedding. You are not required to use our wedding coordinator and may hire your own. We have listed local coordinators who exemplify the standards anticipated by Wilson Creek Winery. Please see the Preferred Vendor List. Your Wilson Creek wedding coordinator will meet with you four to six weeks in advance to discuss all details of your reception including menu and selections, linen colors, floor plan, seating assignments, favor placement, timeline, toasts and all other particulars pertaining to the reception. Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception Wilson Creek provides a wedding rehearsal the day prior to your wedding scheduled at 11:00am or before, unless other arrangements have been made and do not conflict with other rehearsals or events. Photography Wilson Creek is a beautiful location for taking wedding photos. We do request that all photography be confined to the lower garden area, vineyards and gazebo area during normal winery operating hours 10:00am-5:00 pm. After the close of business, you may utilize the tasting room, and unoccupied rooms for additional photographs. We do require a Model Release signed upon booking. Music and Vendor Policy It is the clients responsibility to provide the music for the wedding and reception. You may have live entertainment such as a string quartet, pianist, harpist or singer. Live bands are not permitted outdoors. ALL vendors, including florist, DJ, bands, etc. must provide a certificate of insurance, naming Wilson Creek Vineyard & Winery Inc. as an additional insured prior to arriving on the property- NO EXCEPTIONS.
Beverage Policy Beverage Policy: Wilson Creek wines and champagne are served exclusively during events. Daytime weddings include one bottle of red and one bottle of white wine (selected by Wilson Creek Winery). For cash bars; we will provide a selection consisting of three red wines, three white wines and our Grand Cuvee and Almond Champagnes as well as two beers. A Bartender fee of $250 will be added. We reserve the right to substitute any wine based on availability. All open bottles are the property of Wilson Creek Winery. We reserve the right to close any event where other alcoholic beverages are being consumed. Wilson Creek Winery reserves the right to request proof of age. Any guest who is unable to provide proof of age will not be served alcohol. No exceptions. We encourage the enjoyment of our wines in a responsible manner and ask the client to help us in fulfilling our legal obligations of refusing service to those appearing to be intoxicated. Any guests providing alcohol to an underage drinker, as well as the underage drinker will be asked to leave the property immediately.
Wilson Creek Winery reserves the right to close down the bar at any time during the event if guests are consuming outside liquor or carrying out lewd acts. Last call for beverage service will be at 15 minutes prior to the conclusion of the reception.
Table and Area Decorations Premium white damask table linens are included with your choice of standard colored napkins. Linen orders must be placed with Wilson Creek Winery at least two weeks prior to the wedding. If the order is not received two weeks prior to the event, white tablecloths and white napkins will be used. Specialty linens and napkins with an expanded color selection are available for an additional charge. Should your color choice of linens be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, white linens will be used at the discretion of Wilson Creek Winery. Our standard centerpieces include a hurricane covered white candle. Florists are welcome to use the centerpieces as a starting point for adding fresh flowers. These centerpieces are complimentary. Special decorating for the wedding ceremony and reception should be arranged with Wilson Creeks site coordinator and your florist and may not begin before 8:00 am or interrupt the normal operations of the winery. No confetti, indoor sparklers, rice, birdseed or glitter may be used on the premises for any purpose. The use of any of these items will result in the loss of your security deposit. Only fresh white flower petals may be used on any concrete area on the winery property. Inclement Weather: If you are planning an outdoor wedding and reception, Wilson Creek Winery cannot be held responsible for inclement weather conditions. Wilson Creek Winery can provide indoor space, if available for your event or rent outdoor tenting at hosts expense. Deposits & Payments Deposits/Payments: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to book a date. This deposit is nonrefundable, but will be applied toward the final payment. Payment of the contract amount is due in two installments. One half of the contract amount is due 5 months before the event. The balance is due 10 days prior to the event, when the final count is given to the Wedding Coordinator. The following methods of payment are accepted: cash, check, debit or credit card. The final guest count is required 10 days prior to the event. At that time a final bill will be processed for any remaining money owed including any upgrades you may have chosen. No refund will be given if the number of guests in attendance is fewer than the final guest count given. All money paid to Wilson Creek Winery is nonrefundable. Security Deposit Wilson Creek Winery also requires an additional $1,000 security deposit. Wilson Creek Winery will be held harmless from any loss or damage to winery property caused by the client or their guests. The damage deposit is refundable 30 days following the wedding, after the grounds and buildings have been inspected. There will be a count of all dinnerware, linen, centerpieces and any other associated items. Any and all additional fees or expenses, including any incurred fees for additional guests above the final guest count, cleaning or damages, will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Prices listed below are for a luncheon wedding and reception only. All Daytime menus are buffet service.
