Description:
This Project has been developed to provide end to end business solutions for Body and Health care
treatment. This Windows Based Application has been developed for a Health Care organization to meet
there daily business requirements. The application captures and maintains the following details Are
Different Treatment Details. Treatment rates, treatment bookings, stores details. Various Reports which
include daily, weekly and monthly reports. The Application Contains Different modules like Employee,
Session, Marketing, Beauty Services, and Master Details. Stores Module, Reports.
My Roles and Responsibility:
• Designing and coding of marketing module.
• Module Designing & Development
• Created data base tables, queries.
• Mentored and provided guidance to the team members on this project.

Description:
This site is a web based marriage introduction service. The target audience are men and women living in
UK, USA and Canada and others looking to marry from these countries. The site is made with careful
attention to the needs and sensibilities of people of South Asian origin. Specific care is taken not to expose
the contact information of the members to prevent unwanted communication and maintain privacy.

Member Module – This module handles user registration, updates to personal details, User Details,
Family Details, Hobbies, Interests, and Requirements. Each category has its own entry form to meet the
category needs.
Admin Module - All the master details will be entered by the Administrator like Images Uploading,
Success Stories City, and States and gives the priority to the categories to be displayed.

My Roles and Responsibility:

Designing and coding of member module, creation of data base tables and upload of images. Upload into
server.

 Secured Red Hat Certified Technician in the month of Aug-2005.

 Has appeared Yuva chethana Classes at Oneness University, Varadaihyyah palem, A.P.
 One of the Coordinators in National Level Symposium conducted by our college.
