TA Solar Solutions 10 year Limited Product Warranty, 5 year Limited Finish Warranty

Limited warranties: TA Solar Solutions warrants to the original end-user, (called the Purchaser) of the product(s) that it manufactures (called the Product(s)) at the original installation site (Site) that the PV mounting system installed have no defects in material and be free of defects in workmanship for a Limited Product Warranty period of ten (10) years. The anodized finish of the TA Solar Solutions Product(s) are free of peeling, cracking, or chalking under normal atmospheric conditions for a Limited Finish Warranty period of five (5) years. Both Warranties (Limited Product Warranty and Limited Finish Warranty) will start on either a) the date when the installation of the TA Solar Solutions PV mounting system is completed, or b) 30 days after the shipment of the TA Solar Solutions Product(s) to the original Purchaser (Limited Finish Warranty), whichever is the first. If within the specified warranty periods the Product(s) is determined to be defective, based on proven evidence given by the Purchaser, then TA Solar Solutions will either repair or replace the defective Product(s) (TA Solar Solutions may use either new, or refurbished products, at its sole discretion), or take it back and provide a full refund to the Purchaser for the defected Product(s). Both Limited Product Warranty and Limited Finish Warranty apply only to the original Purchaser and are not transferable. Both Limited Warranties do not apply to: Product(s) installed outside the U.S.A. or Canada; Product(s) installed in corrosive atmospheric conditions; Product(s) with any foreign residue deposited on the finish; damages to the Product(s) anodized finish caused by improper storage, packing or handling; damages to the Product(s) that occurs during shipment; damages occurring during installation or related to use of its Product(s) by the Purchaser; Product(s) cleaned by the Purchaser without following the practices specified by AAMA 609 & 610-02 Cleaning and Maintenance for Architecturally Finished Aluminum; Product(s) not installed on Site according to TA Solar Solutions written installation instructions; Product(s) that has been modified, repaired, or reworked in a manner not previously authorized by TA Solar Solutions; Product(s) installed in an environment for which it was not designed;
