Executive development Support Role


Knowledge of portal functionalities MSS , ESS etc Single point of contact for the resolve queries. (Modules like Resignation, DTS Disciplinary tracking sheet, NDC NO due clearance) Responsible for maintenance of the reports. Training to new members of the team to get them equipped with the process.

Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases.

Respond to requests and inquiries from employees within the pre-determined timeframe of our Service level agreement. Monitors and troubleshoots application processes and system resources to ensure Compliance with key system performance indicators. Analyzes requests and translates them into technical problems.

Debugs applications and provides crafted answers, workarounds, and technical solutions.

Implements innovative techniques to optimize and reduce troubleshooting time.
