MBA (Gen. & PPM) Part I & II Two years (P09 & P95) (Repeater Students) November 2011 Examination Instructions
1. 2. The list of examination centers, examination form and timetable is enclosed. Students of M.B.A. Gen. New (P09) Part II are hereby strictly advised to tick mark the specialised courses for which they have registered. Changes in this regards will not be considered and the result of students making any changes, will not be declared. MBA PPM (P95) students are strictly advised to tick mark, in Ist Year Code CP1006 & CP1010 only. You may appear for the examination at any examination center of your choice. You must indicate the choice of exmination center on the examination form in the appropriate place. The M.B.A. student who has got less than 40 marks in any course is called repeater. These repeater students should send the examination form with the fees of Rs. 150/- per course in addition to Rs. 100/- for the marksheet for every part exam. Payment of fees - Fees should be paid by challans in any branch of Bank Of Maharashtra only. Challans are available at any study center. The last date of payment is 24th September 2011. The student should submit the examination form to study center along with challan copy and marksheets photo copy up to 24th September 2011. Study center should send all the forms to University Head Office, Nashik on 26th September 2011.

10. The repeater should attach the photo copy of the gradesheet/marksheet of the last examination. 11. Project work (P09PRJ) for repeater students- The repeater students who want to submit the project should fill up the examination form along with fees of Rs. 500/- (Rs.400/- for project and Rs. 100 for marksheet & Postage) 12. You may carry your personal simple calculator (not scientific calculator) to the examination hall for all the courses and also use your set of log tables for answering the exam paper CP1004, viz. Quantitative analysis for managerial application. Important points to be noted : 1. After receiving the examination forms to Deputy Registrar (Exam-2), Hall Tickets will be sent at your study centre. 2. 3. 4. A hall ticket will be sent to study center. You should collect your hall tickets from your study center and also available on http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac The student will not be allowed to appear the examination without submitting the exam fees & form. If you do not receive your hallticket within the stipulated time, you should remain present at the examination centre half and hour before the beginning of examination and check your examination seat number, etc. from the list provided to examination centre and displayed on the notice board.
