7 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTED OFFICERS OF THE USG-EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT AND THE CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ST. LA SALLE FOR THE A.Y. 2011-2012.

WHEREAS, Article VIII of the Executive Branch, Section 4 of the Student Organization Constitution of 2003 states that the president shall appoint the members of the cabinet who shall be the heads of the executive offices. Such appointments shall need the confirmation of the Student Senate; WHEREAS, Article VIII of the Executive Branch, Section 9 of the Student Organization Constitution of 2003 states that the president shall appoint the Chairpersons and Members of all Constitutional Commissions. Such appointments need the confirmation of the Student Senate; WHEREAS, it is the protocol to screen appointed officers of the executive cabinet and the constitutional commissions to ensure their credibility, integrity, efficiency, responsibility, accountability and capacity to perform their roles as secretaries, undersecretaries, members of their respective committees and commissioners of their respective colleges; WHEREAS, it is necessary to be acquainted with the appointed officers of the executive cabinet and the constitutional commissions to promote unity in diversity among the different branches in the University Student Government; NOW IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING; BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Student Senate of the University of St. La Salle to confirm the following officers of the Executive Cabinet and the Constitutional Commissions of the USLS-SG 2011-2012 and the names are as follows: DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT Secretary: Peter Oliver V.
