More explicitly description needed for proposed design. For example: What is the overall height? What are the floor heights? What are the dimensions of the footprint? A lot of unnecessary white space, especially on pages 4 & 5. Consider reducing figure size & formatting around figure, or putting additional figures in an Appendix.
