Dec. 4, Sun.-5 p.m. - During the Adamstown Community Christmas in the Grove Tree Lighting Ceremony ..., we along with other area churches will be providing a reading of the Biblical Christmas story, familiar carols, and a simple nativity scene,... held in the Adamstown Community Park Grove. Last year this was very well attended by the community. All children in attendance will be invited to sing "Away in the Manger". Dec. 10, Sat.- Youth Christmas Formal Dinner at the church, 5:15 p.m. Bring a $5 gift along for Now You Have It, Now You Dont. (No Bible Study in Dec.) Our project this month is Health Kits. Needed for each kit are these items; 1 toothbrush (adult size, leave in wrapper);1 squeeze-tube toothpaste (6 oz.; leave in box),1 large bar of bath soap, 1 fingernail clipper,1 hand towel (larger than fingertip, dark color).Thanks for contributing to these needs ! We will also be taking nominations for persons to fill the roles of Vice President, Assistant Secretary, Songleader and Treasurer. Please pray that persons will be open to filling these assignments. -LMS is considering a new bus route for families in northern Lancaster and Berks counties.
