Job Designation: Assistant Salon Business Manager Job Description: Assist the Salon Business Manager in overall management of the store and monitor and meet revenue projections, control payroll and expenses, budgeting, assist in preparation of work schedules Assistant Salon Business Manager would have two major responsibilities a) Assist Business Manager in generation of additional sales and b) Work with Marketing and Inventory team for salon based activities Implementation of salon based below the line promotional and marketing campaigns Design and Organisation of salon based events, promotions Develop and implement methodology for increasing footfalls, additional sales Provide inputs to Marketing team for design and implementation of activities Measure and analyse sales patterns and design policies for the same with Marketing and Inventory teams Order keeping and replenishment of stocks as and when required Supervise daily operations of the Salon Sales, Customer Service, Feedback, Quality Checks etc. Manage Front Desk team and also assist Salon Business Manager in recruiting for said positions Regular checks and audits to be done Desired Candidate Profile: PGDM with Marketing as specialization (Male Candidates) Interpersonal skills Good sales skills as candidate would be responsible for the sales for the particular location Good verbal and written communication skills Basic Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point) Attention to detail Planning and organizing Time management Customer-service orientation Proactive Reliable Package: 4.36 Lacs CTC Fixed component INR 3.0 lacs Variable Component upto INR 1.0 lacs Free services available at Company salons INR 0.36 lacs Medical insurance provided apart from CTC component mentioned above
