1. Stated Meeting on January 8, 2011. 2. Attendance on January stated meeting: 33 Brethren. 3. Since the secretary-elect last December 11, 2011 declined the position, the post of Secretary remained vacant. In view of this a specia election was made for the position of Secretary of the Lodge. WB Efren F. Barcelona, PDGL was elected as Secretary and accepted the position. 4. The Worshipful Master-elect informed the brethren that the Installation of the new set of officers for MY2011 will be on January 29, 2011 at 2 0clock in the afternoon. 5. Appointment of various committee chairmen and members were announced by the Worshipful Maste-electr during the meeting. 6. It was reported by WB Teodoro G. Salud, PGLO that the wife of WB Carlos Ricafrente, PM passed away last November 20, 2010 in California, USA. 7. On January 10, 2011, necrological services for Bro. Joselito N. Simpelo was rendered at their residence. Internment was schedule Junary 11, 20111 at 10:00 AM 8. Secretarys Financial Report: Total Collection for the month of January: Php 11,710.00. 9. The Installation of the New Set of Officers for MY 2011 was held on January 29, 2011 at Magdiwang Lodge No. 238, Noveleta, Cavite at 3 oclock in the afternoon. After the proclamation was made by the Master of Ceremonies, the newly installed WM Reynan A. Malia delivered his Inaugural Address. Introduction of our Guest of Honor and Speaker, Honorable Recto Catimbuhan, Vice Governor of the Province of Cavite was made by Hon. Bro. Enrico M. Alvarez, Mayor of Noveleta, Cavite. In his speech, he made mention that the fraternity under the Fatherhood of God and Brotherhood of Men is the oldest and widest institutions worldwide and likewise named heroes who are members of Freemasonry. Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to the Installing Team and Programme Director in recognition of their invaluable and exemplary services rendered to the fraternity in general and to Magdiwang Lodge No. 238 during the Installation of the New Set of Officers of Magdiwang Lodge No. 238 for MY 2011.

1. Stated Meeting on February 12, 2011. 2. Attendance during the month of February: 28 Brethren. 3. Finance Committee Report The Chairman of Finance and Ways and Means Committee, WB Ronaldo Y. Villanueva, PM explained to the brethren that Fund Raising Project should be done on April 2011 to help our lodge in our financial needs. 4. Our Lodge will make a written inquiry from the Grand Lodge of the Philippines to clarify all doubts on what action will be taken by our lodge on the Petition for Affiliation of WB Frank Lalas, PM. Previous inquiries from the Grand Lodge of the Philippines regarding the petition for affiliation of a brother from other Grand Jurisdiction revealed that the petitioner should start from zero. 5. VW Jose C. Javier, DGL informed the brethren that the petitioner for affiliation from other Grand Jurisdiction should pass thru the same process as a new petioner for the degrees of Masonry. 6. 1. Stated Meeting on July 9, 2011 2. Attendance: 39 brethren 3. Anniversary celebration will be on August 27, 2011 to be held at the Lodge. Chairman of anniversary celebration is Bro. JW Mark P. Silangcruz. 4. The WM expressed hi thanks to WB Pete C. Angelia, PM for donating one (1) unit of air-conditioning unit for the use of the Lodge. 5. As part of the fund raising project, we have an excess of fund of Php 16,000.00. Our lodge will buy a brand new airconditioning unit worth Php 24,000.00 but the fund is short by Php 8,000.00. An Appeal was made by the WM among the brethren who wanted to share their resources and in response, Bro. Nelson L. Boongaling donated Php 10,000.00. 6. The Secretary informed the the WM that our lodge was invited to attend the seminar on Ecological Solid Waste Management sponsored by the Amaranth, our Municpal Mayor, Bro. Enrico. Malvarez in coordination with the National Solid Waste Management Commission on July 17, 2011 at Novelta Elementary School. 7.
