The following Survey was developed to give real time feedback to the Administrative staff to assist in

insuring that Jireh Counseling and Consulting Service, Inc. reaches its goal of staff satisfaction.

Jireh has developed an agency-wide staff satisfaction survey. Your participation will help
management to identify important issues and improve your workplace. This survey is anonymous-
only aggregate data will be submitted to management.
