My experiences with TAJIKA OR ANNUAL HOROSCOPY The usual horoscope is cast at the time of birth of a native.

The Varshphala, however is solar based. In other words, it is the position of the sun that is of significance here. The solar year for a native begins every time the Sun returns to the same longitude as it was at the time of the native's birth. Between this time and the next, solar return is covered by one annual chart or the Varsha-Kundli. The time of solar return is technically called as Varshapravesha, which literally means 'entry of the year'.

Annual Horoscopy or Solar Return horoscope is drawn for the time when Sun in transit reaches exactly the same sign, degree, minute and second as it was at the time of birth. For example, a native has Sun's longitude as 09:32:43, Scorpio. If we want to know the events for 30th year we will cast a horoscope for the time when the Sun reaches exactly this longitude at the end of 29th year. 26-11-1963 , 03:00:00 Rampur (UP) Longitude of Sun 09:32:43 . Annual horoscopy is widely implemented in Career planning, travel planning, work planning, job planning and various other important aspects of life.

A Solar Return chart should always be looked at in connection with the natal chart.

In Varshkundali or Annual Horoscopy, great importance is attached to the Muntha in the judgment. Muntha is an extremely important and sensitive point which has lot of bearing on the events of the year under consideration . Calculation of Muntha is based on completed years of native. We can use a simple method for locating the sign in which Muntha will be posited in the Varshkundali. Completed years + Birth Ascendant, divided by 12, remainder will be sign of Muntha . 1 for Aries, 2 for Taurus and so on. Completed years 31 + 6 Virgo Ascendant = 37 . 37 divided by 12, remainder 1, therefore Muntha wil be in 1st sign Aries.
Another great importance is given to the position of Birth Ascendant sign in the Varshkundali. This means falling of Birth Ascendant sign in a specific house in the annual
horoscope. Suppose Ascendant sign Virgo falls in the 2

house of the Varshkundali, according to rules for judgment of annual horoscope coming year will be wealth giving year, but we should not predict this with out examining the position of the house lord and the planet posited in the house.
I tried this in a different manner. Instead of searching results (phal) from falling of Birth Ascendant sign in a specific house in the annual horoscope. I tried sign of Natal horoscopes specific house in the Ascendant of Varshkundali. Say, fourth house sign in natal chart becomes Ascendant sign in the annual kundali.

For example if 10th house sign in natal chart becomes Lagna sign in the annual kundali , matter related to 10th house becomes keynote of the coming year . What will happen regarding 10 house in this case ? We have to check placement of sign lord ( in friends sign or enemy sign ), planet placed in the sign(Lagna in Varshkundali ), aspects in the annual kundali and its position in natal chart . If this sign lord( lagna lord of Varshkundali, 10th lord in natal chart ) is in 2nd house .increase of income , if in 3rd house .move due to job or tours , if in 4th house .returning to home ( if some one is in other city presently ) if in 5th house ..some training or learning regarding the job , if in 6th house .some loss or Tensions in job field so on .
