Locate and click on correct time zone c. If checked, uncheck the box next to Use 24-hour format d. Click Select Date Format and click DD/MM/YY format e. Press back button 10. Click on Language and Keyboard Setting a. Click Select Locale b. Locate and click on English (United States) c. Press back button 11. Click on Privacy a. Ensure boxes to right of Use My Location and Back Up My Settings are both checked i. Click Agree if prompted and press back button 12. Click Applications

a. Ensure box to right of Unknown Sources is checked i. Click OK if prompted b. Press back button and then scroll up 13. Click Location and Security a. Ensure boxes to the right of Use Wireless Networks and Use GPS Satellites are both checked i. Click Agree if prompted b. Press back button 14. Click Wireless & Networks a. Ensure box to the right of Wi-Fi is checked b. Click Wi-Fi Settings c. Locate your wireless network and click on it d. Click on Show Password e. Click in SS-ID box so keyboard pops up f. Press and hold key on the lower left (chinese symbol/EN) i. This step is to change to standard US keyboard ii. Click Letou Pinyim IME iii. Click Android Keyboard g. Enter your WEP/SSID Key i. Click Connect (may take a moment or two) ii. Press back button to main menu 15. Press the grid icon (bottom center) a. Click on the Browser icon i. Google site should pop up ii. Press back button b. Click on Android Market i. Re-enter Google/Gmail login information ii. Previously installed applications will need to be reinstalled 1. Any that you purchased will still be available 16.
