Brewery Ommegang is located in Cooperstown New York. Ommegang is in the early stages of a 6-year $16,000,000+ expansion of the current facilities. This expansion involves the use of multiple architects to design new buildings, expand the current brewing and beer packaging operation, as well as construct a new water and waste treatment facility. The expansion of the brewery will include a restaurant and an expanded store. These will add to the 30,000+ tourists that the brewery already draws annually. The restaurant will be serving local foods and promoting the local farmers. The current store sells local cheeses and condiments in addition to beer. The expanded store plans to provide a larger variety of locally produced products in addition to the beers produced on site.

Ticonderoga Airport currently does not have any type of fuel service. Pilots have to go to Middlebury, VT or other airports to obtain fuel. By constructing a self service fuel station the airport will not only attract more planes but will be able to generate much needed revenue to reduce the airport's reliance on local taxes. Develop a Regional Sustainability Plan for the North Country that will establish a sustainability baseline including inventories of greenhouse gas emissions and energy use. The plan will assess sustainability indicators including economic assets, liabilities and opportunities as well as transportation, land use, and natural resources. The plan's long-term and short-term goals will address improving energy e ciency, promoting renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions. Once the plan is completed, it is intended to inform municipal land use policies, guide both public and private resource investments in infrastructure and identify tangible actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Fort Ticonderoga Association, Inc. will prepare a structural condition evaluation that will be used to make long-range decisions regarding the facility. This evaluation will establish the structural priorities of the Fort and identify options for repair. Rehabilitate 12 owner-occupied homes in Essex County.

This roadmap will prioritize those actions that have the greatest economic development potential and identify near-term actions, particularly regulatory or policy changes, needed to facilitate dramatic carbon reductions. The plan will identify and evaluate strategies to reduce city-wide greenhouse gas emissions; quantify the economic bene ts of meeting the Citys current goal of a 30% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030; and provide further research into the Citys current greenhouse gas inventory to better understand and report on neighborhood-level emissions and energy use. 20 current NYC-based employees will be trained in business writing, program budgeting, public speaking, project management, management and supervision. Acquire and rehabilitate 36 cooperative units in two adjoining buildings the West Harlem section of Manhattan. Solar 2 Green Roof

Description
Solar 2 will install a green roof as part of becoming the rst LEED-Platinum, net-zero energy use and net-zero water use building in any large American city. Solar 2 will display a geothermal heating system, a black water reclamation and reuse system, a solar array on the green roof, and dozens of other cuttingedge energy e cient and sustainable design technologies. The Center will train over 80 New York City workers in a series of management development workshops. It will also provide customer service training to over 400 Certi ed Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The General Society Mechanics and Tradesmen of the City of New York will develop a Historic Structure Report, a planning document for the renovation, restoration and preservation of The General Society 1890 building. The 70,000 sq. ft. landmark -- at 20 West 44th Street in Midtown Manhattan, housing one of the oldest and the only continuously operated mechanics institute in the United States -- must accommodate modern functions. The goal is to preserve the historic characteristics of the building while complying with current building codes, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and reconciling energy codes with preservation requirements. Shapeways will begin to manufacture in the US and will establish a plant in New York State. The company plans to lease about 15,000 sq. ft. of industrial space to create the factory of the future. This factory will include space for manufacturing (3D printing), shipping & receiving, lab/demonstration/classroom area, cleaning/prep area, o ce space and common areas. New construction of 101 rental units in Jamaica, Queens. Hunters Point South is a large-scale a ordable housing development along the East River waterfront in Queens. The project will include stormwater harvesting and reuse in both buildings to irrigate planted roof areas on the buildings. Building A will contain more than 5,700 sq ft. of planted roof area and Building B will contain more than1,000 sq ft. Long Island Jewish Medical Center will construct a green roof on the rooftop of the Cohen Children's Medical Center in Queens that includes plantings, surfacing, fencing, energy e cient LED exterior lighting, and a necessary extension of the existing elevator of the building to the rooftop. Once constructed, the Cohen Children's Medical Center will create a healing space where pediatric patients and families can bond with nature. In addition to these therapeutic bene ts, the green roof will also have substantial environmental and economic bene ts through decreased stormwater runo and energy savings on heating and cooling costs.
