Help us make our Silver Anniversary extra special! Come share your talent with the community. A variety of performances are needed to provide entertainment for the Rally in the Park. A completed application is required. Once your completed application is returned, you will be contacted by a member of the committee for a brief discussion regarding your performance and/or an audition early in January 2012. Completed application must be received no later than December 31, 2011. There will be no exceptions Applications may be obtained and returned to: Arlene C. Davison, Sanford City Hall, 300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, FL 32771, or you may return completed applications to the address above or use the above fax number. We encourage your support and participation for it is important that we continue to honor this day by demonstrating our appreciation for Dr. Kings struggle and keeping the dream alive for future generations. Park Participant Guidelines
For individuals wishing to provide entertainment (Such as: Dance, sing, speech, musical instrument, etc.)
(Please read carefully before completing the application)

Date: January 16, 2012 - The Rally and activities in the park will begin immediately after the parade.

1. All individuals and organizations participating in the park are subject, while in the City of Sanford, to obey the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction. Failure to adhere to those laws and regulations, or to obey the lawful command of an official empowered to give such command, will cause immediate removal from the park and may be cause for arrest and/or fine. 2. Individuals and organizations performing in the park are expected to perform courteously, in good taste and with safety in mind at all times. 3. No individual/unit will be allowed to take part in the park performances without the prior approval of the MLK, Jr. Steering Committee, who reserves the right to reject any entries.

4. You must complete and return the attached Application and Hold Harmless agreement (on back.)
