URINARY TRACT INFECTION -A pregnant woman who is exposed to many infection and diseases.

Her condition disallows many medications that can affect the fetus health. One of the most common illness an expecting woman can acquire is the UTI. This infection accounts for almost 8% pregnant women. UTI pregnancy prescription is provided for women when the urethra, bladder and kidney are infected by the bacteria. These bacteria can breed in the urinary tract but symptoms may not be apparent. Asymptomatic Bacteriuria for most women is not treated but causes a threat for the babys health in pregnant women because of its capacity to develop as cystitis or pyelonephritis. During pregnancy, the risk of having a UTI is palpable. From weeks 6 and weeks 22 to 24 as the most perilous time to get the infection, urethral dilatation which will stay until giving birth is found in approximately 90% of the expecting women. This must be again obtained at the 3rd trimester for the reason that the prescription urine sterility may not remain for the whole duration of pregnancy. UTI pregnancy prescription is given once identification of bacteriuria ensues. The antibiotics prescribed concentrate on most widespread organism that infects the mother. Ampicillin was extensively recommended. In recent years, it was found out that the bacteria becomes more and more resistant to the drug. Antibiotics that are given during pregnancy include a new antibiotic and taken in single dose is Fosfomycin. Another is Nitrofuraintion, which urinary concentration is high. Cephalosporins, on the other hand, treat important organisms. Antibiotics Tetracyclines and Fluoroguinilones are prohibited to pregnant women because of lethal effects to the fetus. UTI during pregnancy should be treated without delay to steer clear of kidney infection. Timely handling and medication of UTI
