Independent ISO auditing of ISO registered OEM manufacturing facilities As accredited ISO auditors, ESPS can audit ISO registered or non registered OEM by visiting your manufacturing facility, supply line and base or bases of operation. Audits can be conducted at any point prior to or during any period of, a contract.

Benefit? As a supplier, an independent assessment will only add to your clients confidence that YOU, the supplier, can manage and supply as per the contract.

QA/QC of ESP, PCP, HPS installation & associated equipment installation. ESPS will assess, quality control and report on any installation. By using a bespoke reporting structure each item and process of the install/work over will be recorded assessing the quality of the engineers, their competency and capabilities. Our reporting structure will also build a complete picture for you, the supply company at the delivery end of the contract. We can highlight your attention to details, engineering training and Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Benefit? No negatives only positives, any short falls in the structure, of you the supplier, will be immediately highlighted, be it the install engineers or the supply chain and delivery, giving you the opportunity to rectify before it becomes a problem.

Individual assessments of Field Service engineering personnel plus continuous real time field assessments Our bespoke report structure will identify very quickly the engineering capabilities of your Field Service Staff. We can highlight deficiencies in their technical and product knowledge training and recommend further training courses and/or re-training. Benefit? After a successful assessment, Field Service Staff can be said to be competent or competent with reservations, meaning that either further training is required or re-training is a must. Assessment of Customer field staff & practical field training plus continuous real time field assessments Our bespoke report structure will identify very quickly the operation capabilities of Customer Service Staff be they Operators, Operations Supervisors or workover co-ordinators. We can highlight real time requirements in their understanding of ESPs and their technical and product knowledge, and recommend further training courses and/or re-training. Benefit? After an installation of an ESP, many short run failures are caused by untrained production operators, and the OEM looses money and its reputation because of these infantile failures.
