OVERVIEW CSR The Kalpataru group is firmly committed to the community and has been continuously dedicating resources

to give back to that community. We undertake several projects for social causes. The Munot Foundation, a public charitable trust, created by the Chairman, Mr. Mofatraj Munot in September 1988 is instrumental in carrying out social and charitable work. Under the Foundation's auspices, numerous acts of charity have been carried out. The Munot Foundation has been organizing Osteopathy Camp at Kalpataru Synergy in Mumbai. The recent one was held from 23rd December, 2009 to 25th December, 2009. Renowned Osteopath from Jodhpur, Dr. Govardhanlalji Parashar and his associates, had rendered their services for the camp. Treatment at the camp was offered without any charge. We undertake beautification and maintenance of city roads and traffic islands to improve the cityscape throughout the city. One of our projects, Kalpataru Heights was awarded the "Best Illuminated Building" award as part of the City Beautifying Drive. This drive was organized by an NGO. We have Mobile Crches, organised by an NGO, at a number of our sites. These Mobile Crches take care of the construction workers' children and educate them while their parents work on the site. We help to improve the standard of living among the less privileged, and give them a chance for a better tomorrow. Kalpataru provides educational infrastructure and textbooks and notebooks for needy students. We also help provide means of livelihood to the widows and elderly. An electric substation was built to serve the towns of Nakshatrana and Khedoi in Gujrat after the 2001 earthquake. The establishment of a drinking water system for the city of Pipar, and it's surrounding areas in Rajasthan - a region that has suffered from chronic droughts. A Free Mobile Surgical and Eye Camp was organised for the citizens of Pipar and its neighboring cities. This camp was conducted for ten days, with a record of 45 doctors. We successfully treated approximately 9000 people at this camp.
