Leadership BASICS

eadership Basics is designed for organiza ons who wish to quickly develop their poten al leaders and those already in leadership posi ons.

Process Overview
Before the program begins, par cipants will complete the assessment electronically. Then based on the results, the facilitator and course designer will select the specic course content. The day prior to the rst session, the facilitator will meet with the project sponsor and each par cipant individually. The purpose of these sessions is to debrief the assessment and to set individual goals. The rst of the four LeadershipBasics sessions will begin the following day. The group will then meet for three more days over the next three months. By allowing space between the sessions, par cipants are able to prac ce new skills and solicit facilitator feedback. To conclude the program, the par cipants will retake the assessment to measure skills learned.* This approach ensures learning by doing and quan ta ve, measurable, results.

* Note: The initial debrief intentionally does not indicate which questions were answered incorrectly. Rather, it highlights focus areas. This approach allows the same assessment to be used for post-course evaluation.
