I danced in the morning I danced for the scribe

when the world was begun, and the Pharisee,
and I danced in the moon but they would not dance
and the stars and the sun, and they would not follow me;
and I came down from heaven I danced for the fishermen,
and I danced on the earth. for James and John;
At Bethlehem I had my birth. they came to me and the dance went on.
Dance, then, wherever you may be; Dance, then, wherever you may be;
I am the Lord of the Dance, said he. I am the Lord of the Dance, said he.
And I'll lead you all wherever you may be, And I'll lead you all wherever you may be,
and I'll lead you all in the dance, said he. and I'll lead you all in the dance, said he.

I danced on the sabbath I danced on a Friday

when I cured the lame, and the sky turned black;
the holy people said it was a shame; it's hard to dance
they whipped and they stripped with the devil on your back;
and they hung me high; they buried my body
and they left me there and they thought I'd gone,
on a cross to die. but I am the dance and I still go on.
Dance, then, wherever you may be;
Dance, then, wherever you may be;
I am the Lord of the Dance, said he.
I am the Lord of the Dance, said he.
And I'll lead you all wherever you may be,
And I'll lead you all wherever you may be,
and I'll lead you all in the dance, said he.
and I'll lead you all in the dance, said he.

They cut me down and I leapt up high,

I am the life that'll never, never die;
I'll live in you if you'll live in me;
Lord
I am the Lord of the Dance, said he.

Dance, then, wherever you may be;

of the
I am the Lord of the Dance, said he.
And I'll lead you all Dance
wherever you may be,
and I'll lead you all
in the dance, said he.

O Lord, you're beautiful,

your face is all I seek;
and when your eyes are on this child,
your grace abounds to me.
O Lord, you're wonderful,
your touch is all I need;
and when your hand is on this child,
your healing I receive.
O Lord, you're beautiful,
your face is all I seek;
and when your eyes are on this child,
your grace abounds to me.

Jesus,
name above all names,
beautiful Savior,
glorious Lord.
Emmanuel,
God is with us
blessed
Redeemer,
living Word.

“What makes a saint?”

- Pastor Wes

Praise God, from whom

all blessings flow;
Praise God, all creatures
here below: Alleluia! Alleluia!
Praise God, the source
of all our gifts!
Praise Jesus Christ,
whose power uplifts!
Praise the Spirit, Holy Spirit!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

The Lord be with you.

And also with you.
Lift up your hearts.
We lift them up to the Lord.
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
It is right to give our thanks and praise.

And so, with your people on earth and all the

company of heaven we praise your name and join
their unending hymn.

Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and

might, heaven and earth are full of your
glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed
is he who comes in the name of the
Lord. Hosanna in the highest.

And so,
in remembrance of these your mighty acts in Jesus
Christ we offer ourselves in praise and thanksgiving
as a holy and living sacrifice,
in union with Christ’s offering for us,
as we proclaim the mystery of faith.
Christ has died; Christ is risen; Christ
will come again.

All honor and glory is yours,

almighty God, now and forever.
Amen.

Come,
Share
the Lord

#2269

We gather here No one is a stranger here,

in Jesus' name, everyone belongs;
his love is burning in our hearts finding our forgiveness here,
like living flame; we in turn forgive all wrongs.
for through the loving Son the Father
makes us one:
Come, take the bread;
come, drink the wine;
come, share the Lord.

He joins us here, We are now a family

he breaks the bread, of which the Lord is head;
the Lord who pours the cup though unseen
is risen from the dead; he meets us here
the one we love the most in the breaking
is now our gracious host: of the bread.
Come, take the bread;
come, drink the wine;
come, share the Lord.

8
10/30/2008

We'll gather soon

where angels sing; Come,
we'll see the glory
of our Lord and coming King; Share
now we anticipate the feast
for which we wait: the Lord
Come, take the bread;
come, drink the wine;
come, share the Lord.
