GENERAL FEATURES
Factory wired, assembled and tested. Stainless steel head combines a ring of recessed gas ports with controlled primary air, for maximum flame retention. Larger burners offer a separate air adjustment for precise air control at the firing head and flexible operation in a variety of conditions. Mechanical pressure, air or steam atomizing oil systems. Choice of on-off, low fire start, high-low or modulating control systems.

Versatile, economical burner designed for gas-only applications, including firetube, firebox, cast iron, watertube and vertical boilers, dryers, air heaters and more. Available with on-off, low fire start, low-high-low, or modulating control systems in capacities ranging from 420,000 to 2,520,000 Btu/hr.
Gordon-Piatt Model R
Workhorse of the Gordon-Piatt product line. Proven design that has been tested and approved for a large number of applications, including cast iron, firebox and commercial watertube boilers. Available to fire gas, oil or a combination of fuels with a pressure atomizing oil system. Available in capacities from 420,000 to 8,100,000 Btu/hr.
Gordon-Piatt Patented Rapid Mix Burners (FRMB and RMB) Ultra-Low NOx Reduction for Gas and Oil Firing Applications
Breakthrough technology for single-digit NOx. Extremely stable flame. Capacity range: 5,250,000 42,000,000 Btu/hr. 125 1,000 boiler horsepower. Ideal for a variety of applications, including firetube and commercial watertube boilers.
Oil firing is available for applications requiring Oil as a back-up fuel
Gordon-Piatt Model I-F NOx Reduction for Gas and Oil Firing Applications
Capacity range: 4,200,000 42,000,000 Btu/hr. Less than 30 ppm NOx for gas. For use in firetube and watertube boilers. 100 1,000 boiler horsepower. Less than 78 ppm NOx for #2 oil.
Gordon-Piatt Patented Steam Injection System NOx Reduction for Gaseous Fuels with Oil Standby
Cost-effective system for NOx reduction when firing gas fuels. Requires a low-pressure steam supply. Steam injection low-NOx systems are available for use on model R, S, SR, F and FL burners.
