Factory wired, assembled and tested. Stainless steel head combines a ring of recessed gas ports with controlled primary air, for maximum flame retention. Gordon-Piatt Patented Model V
Versatile, economical burner designed for gas-only applications, including firetube, firebox, cast iron, watertube and vertical boilers, dryers, air heaters and more. Available with on-off, low fire start, low-high-low, or modulating control systems in capacities ranging from 420,000 to 2,520,000 Btu/hr.

Gordon-Piatt Model S-4

Designed for small capacity gas or gas/oil applications including firetube, watertube and cast iron boilers, dryers, air heaters, incinerators and more. Available with a pressure atomizing oil system for gas/oil applications. The S-4 capacity range is 210,000 to 780,000 Btu/hr.

Gordon-Piatt Model R
Workhorse of the Gordon-Piatt product line. Proven design that has been tested and approved for a large number of applications, including cast iron, firebox and commercial watertube boilers. Available to fire gas, oil or a combination of fuels with a pressure atomizing oil system. Available in capacities from 420,000 to 8,100,000 Btu/hr.

Gordon-Piatt Models S & SR

Designed for use in scotch marine and commercial watertube boiler applications from 840,000 to 15,400,000 Btu/hr. Available to fire gas, oil or combination fuels with a pressure atomized oil system. The model SR burner is an inverted version of the model S designed to meet applications with limited space requirements.

Gordon-Piatt Models F & FL

Most versatile model in the Gordon-Piatt line. Fires gas, oil or combination fuels in firetube, watertube or cast iron boilers, dryers, air heaters, incinerators, solid fuel igniters and more. Available with air, steam, or pressure atomizing oil systems. F and FL models are available for heavy oil applications. The FL model is a low-profile version of the F series designed for applications with limited space requirements. The model F and FL series burners are available in capacities ranging from 3,650,000 to 31,500,000 Btu/hr.

Gordon-Piatt Model F-22

Largest unit in the F series, designed for inputs from 33,600,000 to 42,000,000 Btu/hr. Fires gas, oil or combination fuels, including heavy oil applications. Available with air or steam atomizing oil systems. For use in firetube and watertube boilers, dryers, air heaters, incinerators, solid fuel igniters and more.

Gordon-Piatt Model I-F NOx Reduction for Gas and Oil Firing Applications
Capacity range: 4,200,000 42,000,000 Btu/hr. Less than 30 ppm NOx for gas. For use in firetube and watertube boilers. 100 1,000 boiler horsepower. Less than 78 ppm NOx for #2 oil.

Gordon-Piatt Patented Model Z NOx Reduction for Gas-Fired Applications

Less than 30 ppm NOx with no FGR*. Less than 20 ppm NOx with induced FGR*. Less than 12 ppm NOx available*. Capacity range: 400,000 5,250,000 Btu/hr. 9.25 125 boiler horsepower. The Z style NOx reduction system is available for use on Gordon-Piatt model G, S and SR burners. SCAQMD 1146.2 certified*.

Gordon-Piatt Patented Model LN NOx Reduction for Gas-Fired Applications

Meets most 30 ppm NOx requirements without external FGR. Capacity range: 400,000 21,000,000 Btu/hr. 10 500 boiler horsepower. The LN internal recirculation system for straight gas applications is available for models R, S, SR, F and FL burners.

Gordon-Piatt Patented Steam Injection System NOx Reduction for Gaseous Fuels with Oil Standby
Cost-effective system for NOx reduction when firing gas fuels. Requires a low-pressure steam supply. Steam injection low-NOx systems are available for use on model R, S, SR, F and FL burners.

U.L. Gas Control Trains

Available in 3/4" through 4" sizes to meet U.L., FM, IRI, CSD-1, NFPA-85 or CSA applications. Pressure-tested, pre-piped and pre-wired gas trains available.

Remote Oil Pump Sets and Air Compressors

Low (0-15 psig), intermediate (15-125 psig) and high (125-300 psig) pressure oil-pumping systems. Simplex or Duplex systems available for pumping No. 2, No. 4 or No. 6 oil. Oil pumping systems available with capacities ranging from 20 to 1,900 GPH. Pre-piped and pre-wired with control panels to meet individual specifications.
