REIKI , THE WAY I UNDERSTAND. Reiki is universal life force energy.

Naturally we all are the part of this Our Aura is blocked, mind is

energy, but because of the karmas and sanskaras we block receiving the energy and naturally there is imbalance. struggling and body is tired and all this because of not receiving the energy. In India purpose of all the systems is receiving energy and creating a balanced flow in the body, so that the mind is also peaceful. Reiki System also works in the same way. There is an initiation based on mantras. These

mantras activate the chakras and we receive Universal Life Force in the
appropriate manner and also channelise it. The moment we are in tune with Universal Life Force, many things happen: 1 Milan of individual energy and Universal Energy individual energy that is kundalini is in Root Chakra [Muladhar]. This energy is totally restless because she feels she is blocked and wants to meet the Universal Life Force. This is the purpose of the Human birth, so this game is happening within each Human Being. 2 Tantra believes that today mankinds energy is in Solar plexus [Manipur] that means it has moved from root Chakra passed through Hara and reached solar plexus that is how there is a power issue every where, competition, pride, jealousy, I am not good, projecting what you are not fooling yourself, etc. is common behaviour of todays Human Being and this is a manifestation of energy in Manipur. Now the next step of energy is Heart Chakra [Anahat], that is how we see that people are tired of their ego and struggle and the search has already begun. This means the energy is moving upwards, 3 When these types of thoughts enter in to the mind that itself is the indication that the energy has moved towards Heart Chakra. That is how in Reiki system the first initiation is activating the Heart Chakra. Heart Chakra is home of consciousness, it is said that there is a

kalpavruksha in Heart Chakra which is saying tathastu for all the

wishes. The way I understand Reiki initiation is not only for wish fulfillment, it is about receiving appropriateness. Appropriateness = receiving all that whatever required for our growth and completion. We may like it we may not. This can make us happy or sad, some desires will be fulfilled and many will not. But now the whole platform

is different, every thing is happening exactly the way it is required. The question is how to understand this, how to believe in this, that is the job of Throat Chakra [Vishuddhi]. So in the second initiation Throat Chakra is activated. With this there will be awareness and balance. Awareness of what we have chosen in life and balance means completing the energy exchange - trusting the appropriateness. What ever we receive is completion, whatever we make available for others is also completion for us and for others. To remain in this knowledge is awareness. 4 From Throat Chakra energy moves upwards so the next initiation is activating Third Eye Chakra. Third Eye Chakra is a sankalpa of completion for ourselves and others. We cannot be happy if people around us are not happy, so the sankalpa is for everybodys growth and completion. Third Eye Chakra has two more dimensions 1> It is a Aagnya Chakra who governs the body and body is bundle of past sanskaras and karmas. When the third eye chakra is activated the process of healing the past starts and you are more in present and alert. 2> Third Eye Chakra is also connected with Guru Tatva. When the third eye chakra is activated a Human Being turns in to

shisya and who is able to see the guru who is permanently waiting for shisya to realize truth. [This happened in my life and I can see happening with many many more]. Jagruti of Guru tatva creates one support system - either you will find
guru in body form or you will start listening to the instructions of Nature. 5 The fourth initiation is activating the Crown Chakra where we can experience the Milan of individual and Life Force Energy. A fine tuning of antenna happens and Human being receives the energy exactly as much as it is required. Now let us understand the connections of the chakras: Root Chakra [Muladhar] where the energy wants to meet the Universal Life Force is connected with Crown Chakra [Sahastrar] where this meeting actually takes place. Hara [Swadishthan] is a place of emotions, desires, sadness and peace and is connected with the Third Eye Chakra where there are desires but permanent desires for everyone, means sankalpa. With sankalpa Human Being experiences peace.

[Vishuddhi] the power issue and awareness. When one can experience the knowledge that I am the source no power issue can affect the knowledge and there is no chance of imbalance. From the Heart Chakra energy goes in to the hands, palms and the small chakras which are at the centre of palm and finger tips are activated. Wherever the initiated touches the energy is received one works like an antenna. It can be body or object or nature as everything is cosmic energy which is parivartanshil and gatishil. So where ever initiated touches energy is received and healing happens. Purification is the process and healing is the result. I feel this touch is the touch of the WHOLE. Whole is everything deep acceptance of everything with lots of compassion. In whole there is positive and negative like our mythology, stories everywhere indication is that when something negative happens it is calling the positivity.

So perhaps negativity is way of activating positivity and healing - like all the stories of Shri Ram and Shri Krishna. Because of the negative energies Shri Ram and Shri Krishna helped mankind - this is healing. So called positive is for us to trust and get energy and so called negative is for learning and completing something. Learning means learning what we should not do and completing means with the experience of this so called negative, certain things in past are being completed . Our each create this process so receiving energy means completing something in the past. Each kan kan goes through this process Aura, body, mind and every kan kan of the universe. All the incompletions are healed and the present opens up. To remain here continuous consistent Reiki practice is the only way, without judgments and interpretations. Tantra is technically a short cut but Human being cannot achieve anything without the practice. All this is Reiki one level. Level is the proper expression because with the initiation the level of consciousness shifts and the practice starts. There is lots of freedom as the initiation is chosen in the same way the practice also can be chosen. As it is higher consciousness, resistance will keep blocking the path, simple and stupid reasons will help not to practice, that is the test. In Reiki system there is also a second level, here the mantras are given and the energy of the third eye chakra is in tune with the energy of these

mantras. Such tuning can happen only with third eye chakra. Second level is expansion of chitta mind this expanded mind can reach anywhere with help

of intention. Intention is for channelising and focusing the mind. Energy follows the mind, so it reaches where ever sankalpa takes her. they are the energies [never created, never destroyed]. There are also symbols. Now the question comes Why Mantras? These mantras are self created that means

Mantra is the

language of energy. When you chant the mantra certain energies are created. The purpose of tantra is Milan of individual and Universal energy [ prakruti and purush] These are the personification of the purpose, means human beings have body so there are symbols. Human beings are also part of the energy so there are mantras. In this way symbols and mantras indicate purpose of the tantra that is Milan. When we draw the symbols a machine is created to draw energy. Only after chanting the

mantras it is complete and the machine will start working like it works on
electricity and it will draw the energy from the universe according to the necessity like purification, protection, charging,. These symbols and mantras have no limitation and when used for the intention of healing they can heal the past. Only then present opens up and future will not be repetition of the past. This is the greatest boon which only Human beings have, only they can heal the past. Now this past means all the births and all the forms. Here a person reached at the second level can heal herself or himself, other people, group of people, family, any object, city, country, earth and universe. This is the greatest service a human being can do. When a continuous practice is done on this level, it expands the mind so much that the antenna can be in tune with global mind. Means you will start thinking exactly what it is required in that moment. The consciousness is all the time protecting but we are so much busy with our mind that we cant reach there. Protection has to be received in the same way there are suggestions, instructions, coming to us, but mind blocks them. After the continuous practice of second level these messages can be received and we can perform accordingly. All this is very powerful but when you reach this stage with consciousness the un-consciousness will also rise. Your ego will be developed more and because you are in the position of receiving the message from the globe your ego is satisfied. One will feel and worth then I am special, I am different, I am better and higher than others. On this path this is the most dangerous state, everyone has to go through this, this has to be healed.

Here one will start feeling and wanting to do Third Level. also the ego has increased.

This is a very

complicated state. You have some experiences you also want to heal and Third level is the key of moving towards mastering your life, that is how the symbol is known as Master symbol that doesnt mean you are a master. Only enlightened soul is called a master. But the third level can be the first step if you choose it with awareness and gratitude. Once again the deepest purification and cleansing happens. There can be big changes in ones life like earthquake, and may not be also. One who is taking the third level initiation should be prepared for this. After third level, now initiating others in the system remains. After this

knowledge of how to initiate people in Reiki 1, 2 & 3 levels your technical knowledge is complete and once again on this turning point another path will start. Now more healing, more purification and making this available for others. Where others can also choose the responsibility of healing. This is the whole system and this the way I have understood. Here I want to share my insights with you all:

INSIGHTS 1] Everyone has their own journey and they will complete in their own way. We have some ideas and expectations about how we should live and how others should live. Here I have realized that every thing depends on everyones energy, so they have there own way of starting, reaching and completing their journey. There is no point in judging and interpreting. 2] Everyone has freedom and choice, only you need to understand and realize it. We have not understood that we have 100% freedom and this life is chosen by us exactly the way it is. 3] Every thing is ONE; there are no compartments like humans, animals, plants, earth, nature, God 4] Human, Gods wish, destiny all this is one only dimensions of energy. 5] Life has its own purpose that is learning. Only when we learn, instead of reacting, then we can complete any thing and everything.

Observation is must; self dialogue will help us to become clear. Children choose their parents so they need to be loved and respected and not to force our ideas on them.

On the path of sadhana, there will be lots of illusions we need to acknowledge them and we need to take care that our ego doesnt get attached to these illusions.

Always things will hit to I am not good and we have to pull our energy upwards in the heart, that is the purpose.

Touch of energy is knowledge experiential knowledge. Only this will grow us. Information is not enough for growth. But it has its own importance. When we we will loose the punya. experience something - literature, Veda, Puranas will explain us what we have experienced. But if we judge
