Committee with dedication and loyalty, looking after both
Maungaturoto and Kaiwaka Brigades.
The annual Trash and Treasure, which started in 1984,
would always find Maude alongside her late friend Yvonne
Brljevich at the top table, pricing the items and taking the
money and also having a joke with both the customers and
her dedicated team of workers such as the wonderful
Pauline McMurchy. Maude was a driving force on the com-
mittee concerned only with the well-being of St John Bri-
gade volunteers.
Maude, you have done a wonderful job and we are im-
mensely proud of you.
