Allah Almighty: (And reckon not those who are killed in Allah's way as dead; nay, they are alive (and) are provided sustenance from their Lord -169- Rejoicing in what Allah has given them out of His grace and they rejoice for the sake of those who, (being left) behind them, have not yet joined them, that they shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve -170-) Surah Aal-e-Imran Then, We congratulate our Moslem Ummah in general, and our people in the generous city of Guemar in particular, for the martyrdom of the heroic leader Abdul Haq Abu Khabab Al-Guemari who was assassinated by the hands of treachery and disloyalty of the slaves of France in the city of Al-Wadi and its a congratulation and glad tiding to our Ummah that the blood of our leaders is the true price for the establishment of the absent Sharia and achieving the lost justice and retrieving the stolen rights and lifting the humiliation over our Ummah. Abdul Haq was from the first who joined the caravan of jihad in the Guemar group who erupted the jihad in those lands rahimahullah. The tyrants trail sentenced him with the life penalty so he stayed in prison for several years until Allah saved him from between their hands and was able to escape after the heroic famous libration operation which the mujahidin conducted on the prison of Tazoult Lambese when more than 1200 prisoners were released in 1994. From then he was a Murabit, Mujahid and Muhajir, attacking and retreating, fighting, combating, planning, leading and guiding without being bored. He rahimahullah had good morals, righteousness and shyness and everyone who met him loved him. He

rahimahullah was devout in serving the religion of Allah Almighty, and he participated in many big operations that rocked the forts of the apostates, so he healed his hearts and the hearts of the believers: Its not weird if the lions were taken by the dogs of the enemy from Arab and non-Arab Then his proud soul was satisfied only to increase its closeness to Allah so he migrated to the camps of the Sahara, and began another journey of sacrifice and redemption to the religion of Allah Almighty so he fought the slaves of France in the Great Sahara and the Muhajirin found in him the educating leader with his deeds before his sayings. Allah predestined to our leader to return once again to the land of Algeria he rahimahullah was busy all his days in Jihadi missions and he forget himself for working for the religion of Allah that even the brothers used very much have pity on him. And before going on his mission which he was martyred in he wrote a letter to his brothers the Muhajirin and Ansar that was full of lessons and benefits, so we ask Allah to accept him among the martyrs and make us join him not delinquent nor changed and ask Allah to make his blood a fire on the enemies of Allah the slaves of France that burns them and a light that glows for them the path and wakes the Ummah to remove these apostate ruling gangs that spoiled its religion and Dunya. Finally we say to the slaves of Allah: the tidings of dawn is near, and the day of punishment is approaching, and you saw what happened to Muammar Gaddafi and his clique and the Ummah that throw Hosni Mubarak, Ben Ali and Gaddafi to the dustbin of history will throw InshaAllah Bouteflika and his criminal cronies and generals to the dustbin of history and tomorrow is close if you wait for it.
