EPOXY CASTING SYSTEM

PROCESSING CONDITIONS
Thoroughly mix the resin before use and degas under vacuum. Mix the system according to 100/10 mixing ratio until aspect becomes homogeneous. EPO 4030 is colour coded to ensure complete mixing of the components. Cast and demould after polymerisation (24 36 hours minimum) the mould can be used between 24 and 36 hours after casting. Optimum properties will be obtained by self-curing during thermoforming cycles. For casting thickness above 40 mm it is advised to fill the system with different aluminium granular fillers (RZ 1019 and RZ 1021) as follows : Resin 100 Hardener 10 RZ 1019 55 RZ 1021 55

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Use before 18 months according to the manufacturing date. Expiration date indicated on the packaging. Any open can must be tightly closed under dry inert gas (dry air, nitrogen, etc.).
