trouble-free performance. These pumps consume less power due to better hydraulics and higher efficiencies. PN ISO Pumps are built to international standards and are offered in a very wide range of duties.

Unique 'O' ring seal for positive, leak proof connection to casing. Houses an extra deep stuffing box with built-in self sealing arrangement, pressure being regulated by impeller back vanes. Accommodates gland packing or mechanical seal without any modification. : Up to 750 m3/hr. : Up to 170 m : -30 C to 110 C

Bearing housing
Rigid, single piece casting for strength and durability featuring positive no-gap location to casing and ensuring accuracy during coupling and realignment.

Highly efficient, volute type, radially split, top center line discharge self venting. Wall thickness corresponds to 16 bar pressure rating. Flanges conform to ANSI B16.5, class 150.

Two Heavy duty, Single row deep grove ball bearings designed for 25,000 Hrs. and B10 average life. Reinforced bearing arrangement available for heavy duty application.

Closed type with swept back clearing vanes to balance axial thrust. Hydraulically and dynamically balanced. Designed for best performance, efficiency and low NPSH.

Shaft

Maximum shaft deflection less than 0.05 mm ensures long seal and bearing life and low maintenance.
