JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for the 3G Network Initial tuning & optimization. Responsible for 3G log file analysis and post processing of log files. Responsible for Drive test team coordination & solving their problem. Conducted Initial tuning of Lucknow 04 Clusters using TEMS 9.0.4 and Gujarat 21 cities using eDAT by generating RSCP,Ec/Io ,DSCH Throughput plots. Responsible for Site database preparation and daily database checks & clear discrepancies.

Scrambling Code planning-Prepared CCRs for 06 cities of UPEAST BSNL Project and 21 cities of GUJARAT BSNL 3G Projects. Optimizing the 2G neighbor lists of each sector by detailed analysis of on field data collected by doing drive test and using MAP Info and MCOM. Daily performance reports analysis, studying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to find out the problematic sectors that require attention Network monitoring on daily basis Generation & Analysis of Daily Traffic, for GOS as below acceptable level. Solving 3G coverage problems by giving required RET tilts, increase and decrease in output power levels of the RBS and checking Ec/Io interference problems. Solving Traffic problems by TRX augmentation or distributing traffic by changing azimuths & defining Traffic Handover, providing necessary tilt. Acceptance Testing done and clearance certificate received in accordance new schedule for GSM phase systems. Responsible for Pre & Post-Swap drive testing and Validation using study of key parameters such as BCCH, CI, LAC, HSN, MAIO and coverage plot. Responsible for Report Generation of the pre drive & post drive - This included taking out Drive plots of both RX Lev and RX Qual and also analysis the various parameters in graphical form. Responsible for the new sites drive test, entire Network optimization and Coverage Acceptance Testing, Cluster Optimization. Responsible for OMC-R activity from RF end to solve out the problem of drive tester on field. In depth Knowledge of Statistical counters collection, processing and KPI analysis, Reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate to achieve & maintain the Radio Network Performance KPIs (Accessibility, Retain ability, Mobility & Service Integrity). Inconsistencies Checks, Packet Throughput, Parameter changes & Physical changes, Evaluate, Monitor & analyze the WCDMA/HSDPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis and HSDPA Troubleshooting and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimization, Features, and Trials & Tuning and suggest RF changes for Radio performance improvement.
