Connected Media Solutions Ltd Announces Record Growth for Their Online Properties in 2011

Connected Media Solutions Ltd (CMS Ltd) today announced that their online properties, Xbox360Achievements.org and PS3Trophies.org, both saw record growth in 2011, with the networks overall traffic reaching 3.4 million monthly unique users in November. Sheffield, United Kingdom, January 05, 2012 --(PR.com)-- In 2011, Xbox 360 Achievements (X360A) grew from an average of 1.6 million monthly unique users to an average of 1.88 million monthly unique users, with the site reaching 2.2 million monthly unique users in October and November. PS3 Trophies (PS3T), on the other hand, grew from an average 900,000 monthly unique users to 1.1 million monthly unique users, with a peak of 1.2 million monthly unique coming in November, meaning that the network reached a record 3.4 million monthly unique users in November 2011. Our growth in 2011 was nothing short of phenomenal, said CMS Ltd's Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of both online properties, Dan Webb. In such a competitive market, to be able to show those signs of growth is a testament to the team's hard work and in keeping with our ambition to take over the world... uhh, I mean, to build a brand that every gamer is familiar with. Recognition came far and wide for the network in 2011 with X360A spilling over into Future's Xbox World magazine in the UK with a monthly feature, PS3T guest posting on Sony's Official PlayStation Blog and Editor-in-Chief, Dan Webb, getting in on the UK Games Media Awards nominations. Perhaps the biggest acclaim for the network came in October when an independent study performed across the United States by the Electronic Entertainment Design And Research firm (EEDAR) named Xbox 360 Achievements as the third most influential video game outlet on the internet. The third most influential video game outlet has a nice ring to it, said Webb. What has a better ring to it is that we're actually the most influential video game outlet on the internet in Arizona. Got to love those Cardinals... it is the Cardinals, right? Either way, seeing that sort of recognition is very flattering and only goes to prove that our mentality is right on the money and in tune with what consumers and gamers want. 2011 saw us launch the revamped PS3 Trophies too, as well as prepare for a ton of new initiatives for very early 2012, so we're still growing, said Aleksander Gjengsto, CMS Ltd's Managing Director and Lead Developer. 2012 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet in terms of new features we're adding, and a good chunk of those will be unveiled in Q1 of this calendar year. He'll be coming on board to help launch our PlayStation 3 review section in very early 2012 and dazzle us with his eloquent features, amongst many other things, of course, along the way.
