POLY WEB SOLUTIONS

Poly Web Solutions is one of the state of art software house equipped with all the utilities and expertise there might be for a software house to have including expert programmers who are considered as the backbone of any software company and equipments including advance servers for hosting services and database management. The company is all about building resourceful means of software which helps in the day to day business of organizations, institutions or softwares that can be useful in day to day business. The company Poly Web Solutions will not only be focusing on just software development but also will be equipped with Internet Marketing teams including SEO team, Internet Product Development Teams, Ad Agency for local business owners and Web Development Teams. Location of the software house will be in Blue Area Islamabad initially but later we can go into Karachi Market in the later years since software development industry is more progressive there as compare to any other city in Pakistan. We will be starting with 5 employees in each department, mainly starting with software development and Internet Marketing. Here is how we will be going to have employees arrangements. Mission of the company will be making a brand image within the vicinity of Pakistan in the field of Software development and providing quality services with low profit margins. Since the market situation of Software House has been increasing and the market is currently growing at a good pace so it has a good chance of getting success. More than half of the growth is coming from foreign companies who want to hire cheap labor by outsourcing tasks to the software houses in Pakistan. So there is a pretty good chance of such business to get its piece of share. Software development and Internet Marketing are two niches which have a really vast scope thus provide us more and more progressing and money making opportunities. Our departments will consist of the following personnel: Software Development 1 Software Developer Head 2 Main experienced programmers [specialization in mainly computer languages related to C++, ASP etc]

1 Coder [specialization in php, html, xml and other languages] 1 Beta Tester / Analyst Internet Marketing 1 Internet Marketing Head 1 Search Engine Optimization Expert 2 Market Researcher s for product creation 1 Marketing Expert through PPC, PPV, Media Buys The Above mentioned will be the core areas where our teams will be focusing on, but there will also be people who only focus on small business owners locally who needs websites done, content writing, data entry jobs etc . Apart from our original core workings we will be providing all the mentioned product or services to the clients in a professional manner. We will also have a receptionist and an accountant to start our business with. Initially we want to start small that s why we need only 5 employees in each of the core departments but we have plans to expand up to 20 employees with the passage of time and would like to expand our company as well by contracting with foreign Software companies around the work, they can outsource to us or we can do direct customer relationship which will be difficult but that s a good thing to do. We are very much hoping that a Software House like this will generate good amount of revenue since its market is in demand currently and considering the unemployment situation in Pakistan this can be a good opportunity for those who don t have jobs thus we will be able to get more expert people at our disposal.
