ALL wipes with ANY amount of isopropyl alcohol MUST be disposed of in the red flammables waste can to contain the fire hazard.
Put your thumbs through the thumb loops attached to the cuffs.
1. Get your boots and put them on the bench. 2. Find a comfortable position sitting or standing (sitting recommended). 3. Pull a boot onto the foot that is toward the cleanroom side of the benches. 4. Swing your foot onto the bench.
NOTE: Properly securing your boots will prevent tripping accidents and the release of particulate from inside your boots.
1. Secure the buckle and tighten the strap across the top of your foot. 2. Secure the top of your boot to the appropriate snap on the back of the coverall leg. 3. Tighten the elastic band at the top of the boot with the snaps to provide a secure and comfortable fit.
NOTE: DO NOT place your boots on the floor because contamination from the floor will get on the sides of the boots and be carried into the cleanroom. NEVER stand in boots on the gowning rack side of the benches.
1. Find a comfortable position sitting or standing (sitting recommended). 2. Swing your foot nearest the gowning rack side of the bench onto the bench. 3. Slide the boot off your foot. 4. Place the boot on the bench where it will not be knocked off onto the floor. 5. Swing your foot onto the garment rack side of the benches.
2. Undo the collar snap. 3. Pull the zipper down. 4. Roll the coveralls off your shoulders.
5. Pull out your arms from the sleeves and hold the sleeves and zipper so that the coveralls do not touch the floor.
NOTE: The hangers CANNOT be removed from the garment rack. Avoid touching coveralls with your clothes or bare skin. 1. Hold the coveralls by the shoulders and lift them so they do not touch the floor. 2. Hang them on your assigned hanger identified by your nametag. 3. Close the zipper.
1. Go to the tack mat at the entrance to the Pre-Entry room. 2. If you are taking materials out of the cleanroom, then put them on the bench. 3. Remove bouffant cap and put in trash. 4. Remove face mask or beard cover and put in trash. 5. Remove shoe covers and put in trash. 6. Remove gloves and put in trash.
